This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

Very bad experience during the boarding, the Aegean employees were very rude, and impatient with the passengers

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Never heard about them before and was surprised how organized and efficient they are.

These were tickets purchased with a stolen credit card number.

Seriously, every airline needs to improve their boarding procedures. Even though Sky Express boarded the furtheredt seats from the door first, it was still disappointing that it took so long to board.

Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.

A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.

We hope that soon Sky Express will have the entire airplane fleet refreshed. More new airplanes to fill the gap and expand further direct flights to new airports. Crew acts responsibly and kind, which is even more important at this pandemic period.

I was going to miss my connecting flight with sky Express also and the people in the office said they couldn't help me book another flight for the next day, but that I had to wait until anthens and go their office to help me. Other people on staff were friendly though.

Cons: "I had to pay extra for baggage, I had baggage on the booking, but upon booking it was only for 8 KG, and need to purchase more, The baggage cost was almost equal to the ticket, needs to be addressed on the home page, I pick with baggage and then booked the ticket, needs to show that it is not the same baggage as other flights, comparison is wrong."
Cons: "Only allowed 15kgs even though we had booked for 23 on the way to Santorini. Not sure where this discrepancy occurred but had to pay for extra weight."
Pros: "Crew and flight attendants were highly professional. Arrived early; short boarding time. Airport was clean and easy to navigate. Good places to dine."
Cons: "The web site is difficult to navigate, including the determination of luggage pricing and seat assignments only available at check-in."
