Upgrade to business was great. The crew was nice. Disembarkation in Bucharest was very slow through the rear door to a bus to get to the terminal. The business lounge was not clean with bugs running on the floor.

I rated food and entertainment with the lower score because I did not have N/A. No food and entertainment from Bucharest to London.

Poor service ! Water need to be free and a little snack for 3.5 hour during the flight. Tarom company need to take lessons from Turkish Airlines.

There was extreme turbulence for 10-15 minutes a bit after takeoff, which of course is no one's fault. This was a short regional flight with no amenities except water. Departure and arrival wete close ro on-time. The Suceava airport is very small but pleasant and efficient. My baggage all the way from Washington DC, checked through Paris and Bucharest, arrived without a hitch. There was really nothing to complain about except a regrettable 5+-hour layover in Bucharest.

This experience was atypical. The flight left three hours late because of engine technical issues, which meant a very long wait. Unrealistic announcements made it worse by discoursgong leavimg for water, reatrrom, etc. But the crew did its best and apart from the delay, it was not a bad flight. Good entertainment and drink service. In the end, I made my connection anyway.

Pros: "The crew and the flight from Bucharest to Istanbul"
Cons: "The airplane from Athens to Bucharest wa terrible, very old, smelling bad, not maintained, and noisy"
Cons: "Boarding... always boarding being confuse! Tarom flights are... difficult to understand why this happens"
Pros: "Comfortable’ish seats, left on time... arrived early!"
Cons: "Boarding is, continues to be, a big issue! Not organized, everyone trying to jump ahead of others..."
Pros: "The check in was very rude and moody for no reason. He was not accommodating with the seating arrangement"
Cons: "Ask the staff not to be so moody for no reason at all."
Pros: "The crew was amazing. They answered to my requests politely and helpfully"
Cons: "Some of the plates/tables are not rigid/straight horizontal. Should be checked and readjusted"

Nothing really was great as such. Seen other no name airlines perform better.

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

Boarding did not have a clue what is an EU disability card

Not a good experience from Lagos was very terrible paying for one extra bag is #403,600 in dollars is $331 which is too high and when get to Ny I don’t receive my bag till 2nd day some of my stuff was damaged am not really happy with Turkish Airlines very poor services.

There was a Turkish Airlines employee sat in 16A in the row in front of us. We understood that she was a Turkish Airlines employee from her interaction with the cabin crew and the fact that she boarded business but was sitting in economy with us. What annoyed us was the extremely loud conversation she had for the majority of the 12 hour flight with two men, one of which was leaning over the chair in front of her. This was annoying as they were so loud that my wife and I could still hear them despite wearing our noise cancelling earphones. No intervention was taken by the cabin crew. Secondly, she ordered some extra meals from the crew, which we believe to have come from business class, for her male friends. Seeing this in economy is very disheartening. Lastly, one of her male friends pulled out an e-cigarette and was only mildly reprimanded by the cabin crew. Overall, we consider this behaviour completely inappropriate of a Turkish Airlines employee. Next time we will book with Emirites, I don’t think that their employees would be allowed to behave in this manner.

My mother got sick and dying and i have to change my flight and they charged me $2260 that is redisclose.

My flight had two legs. When checking in at the first leg the agent offering for a deal to upgrade the leg to first class for $199. He then claimed I would be able to upgrade the second leg once I got to the next airport. I declined and when I inquired about upgrading at the second airport, the cost was $1,300. I also had an issue at the airport lounge. I am allowed one guest in the lounge. My friend came in the lounge for less than 5 minutes and left when she couldn’t get a sleeping suite. I wanted to bring in another friend. The airport staff first started acting as though they didn’t understand English and then became upset when I asked for their names so I could file a complaint. As an elite member I knew they could do more but were not. One of the agents started over talking me and walked away mid conversation dismissing my request for assistance. A man claiming to be the manager said you were asking for her name. He also never tried to assist me or see what was going on. He claimed the interactions were recorded and management would see everything. I’m not sure how that would assist me days later. I am sure it didn’t help that I was a black American woman.

they were much nicer on this flight. however, my baggage was delayed by one day, and one of my suitcases arrived broken.

Friendly crew. Computer systems had trouble keeping my Star Alliance status linked to my reservation. Inflight Wi-Fi was slow and expensive. No standard power outlet, but medium-power USB-C port slowly charged my laptop. No option to buy whisky in economy.

Crew on this flight was terrible. Especially one practicular female , she was harassing us and other families with children. Flight was good overall, if not her being rude and aggressive
