Food quality is deteriorating each time, last year was very good. I avoid the plane food lately.

I felt the overall quality of the plane and food service was less than that of their partner airlines, United. An example was wine was served in paper cups in premium economy class. There was no real silverware, napkins or a welcome kit other than a pillow and blanket.

Boarding time was a bit slow causing the flight to not leave right at 5 pm,but other than that it was fine.

I like the frequent mails we get when there is an update. Please keep it up

I have traveled to probably over a hundred locations worldwide, but had only one mixup of airport in Shanghai. Until Iceland and Stockholm. Reykjavik has 2 airports, Stockholm 4 (!). Please indicate clearly when a departure flight is scheduled from an aiport other than the international aiport. That would greatly reduce stress. Thanks

in the front - higher class of business - sitting in the same seat (with one empty in the middle) is not acceptable any more. need the business class to be as we paid for.

More than one hour detail with no explanation and no compensation

my husband's monitor did not work. there was a visibly ill family in my husband's row.

Pros: "The crew are doing amazing job and making sure we all stay safe."
Cons: "What could have been better is us; the travelers/passengers. We need to follow every protocol and or precess or procedure put in place by our government and the airlines. United Airline is doing great job keeping us safe while we travel."

Our flight was delayed by 2-hrs but I understand it was beyond the scope of the crew members

I could change to business before flight and everything was perfect except for entertainment which was none.

Overall was good except for the seat which, for an 8 hour intercontinental flight, was uncorfortable. For that kind of flight seats should have more space, even for economy seats.

Other than a late takeoff (not British Airways fault) and some delays with baggage, it was a terrific flight. The crew in business class was superb and the seat and accommodations clean and modern. Could not have asked for more.

Needed more info on connecting flight. Late flight made very short connection. Lost luggage that we still do not have!

Iberia subcontracted the flight out to Level (?). I would never fly Iberia/Level ever again. Old planes with no tv’s or wifi. Barely edible food. Small seats. 10/10 don’t recommend.

I paid for premium economy but BA oversold the seats and we ended up being downgraded. Not acceptable given how much we paid for the flight. We were also separated to 2 different areas so not only did we not get the service we paid for, we didn’t even get to sit together. I’m not happy at this treatment by BA because of corporate greed.

Improve food options. Do not charge so much for checked bags. As some who paid 990 EUR fir the round trip international flight it is horrendous to pay another 140 for 1 checked bag.

The only comment I have is why do you sell snacks on board? They should be free. When we take domestic flights here in US, our snacks are free. Also, please communicate with me in English. I received so many emails way before my flight that were in Spanish that I had to ask my son to interpret for me. You should be WELL AWARE if the customers you are communicating speak the language, it does mean that we speak and understand Spanish because we are traveling to Spain, NOT NECESSARILY! Thank you!

As with every airline the seats are not built for tall people.

People seated in exit rows should have designated overhead space

Larger seats on this plane made the ride reasonably comfortable. Our next flight, from Lisbon to Copenhagen, was inconsiderately tight and stressful. The seats were smaller, space between rows was very limited (no button or mechanism to even slightly incline anyone’s seat), and leg-cramping under the seat in front. Just like sardines in a can. Really felt for all the tall Danes on the flight. Their knees were pressed against the seat in front throughout the flight.

The plane was modern and clean. TAP staff at the airport as well as the flight crew were professional, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

I suspect that there was an item pilfered from my bag at the TAP automated check-in counter on March 26th at Heathrow Airport around 11:30am. I think that the employee assisting me with my bags took something out of it when I was not paying attention because today, March 27th there is a notebook missing. Please check the camera to see if indeed this occurred. My description: Male, African Decent, 5'8, 180lbs medium build, wearing trousers and a jacket. Employee description: Female, Indian Decent (guessing) 5'7, slight build. Flight 1359, London to Lisbon.

Everything was nearly perfect, and TAP staff were especially helpful when we missed our connecting flights and had to get on the next flight to Rome. The only aspect that could have been better was boarding: it was somewhat disorganized, which created a bit of stress. But in the end, everyone got on the plane, so the less-then-perfect boarding process did not take away from the overall excellent experience.

The quality of the aircraft and the professionalism of TAP's staff were perfect. The quality of vegan meals can be hit or miss depending on the airline and the city of departure; on this flight, our vegan meals were quite good. The boarding process for the connecting flight in Lisbon could have been organized a bit better, but it did not spoil our overall experience with TAP, which was excellent. I'd definitely recommend TAP to others.

TAP Air makes you take a bus on arrival or departure, making it difficult for passengers to make connections.

Flight was delayed and there was no wifi on board. Flight attendants could not or did not want to reser the wifi. Not acceptable.

Of course food only if you pay and no entertainment. As always with TAP they collected hand luggage and you must check in. This happens mostly with TAP and is not acceptable because others are having three pieces or more. TAP should be consequent and collect hand luggage only from those who have more than one piece.

I will never fly vueling. 1h30 delayed, connexion missed with the crew closing the boarding in front of us. 40 people missed the Barcelona-Orly connexion. hours waiting for rebooking and hotel.. inadmissible

Boarding was very poor as the flight was initially delayed. We were told the flight would be at 21:40. We were with our 10 month baby who was sleeping. I received an email from Kayak which said the flight was now due to take off at 21:04. When we checked the screens at Gatwick we were told the gate was closed. The lack of communication was extremely poor and we had to run with our baby and there were many other passengers, including elderly people, also running to the gate. When we got to the gate, the staff had no reasons for the poor communication.

We got to the airport 2 hours before the flight. We waited in a line to check our bags onto the flight for an hour, even despite having checked in online, as there weren't enough self check terminals allocated to Vueling (yet loads of empty BA ones right next to them). There also weren't enough staff, making them stressed and rude. We had to try and rush through security to get to our gate, which they announced as gate 35 at first and then changed it after ten minutes with no announcement to anyone in the airport that it had changed. So we then had to rush to the correct gate to arrive just as boarding started. It was a thoroughly stressful process and one travelling couple almost missed boarding because of it. The flight boarding and the flight itself werre fine, the staff were polite, but I was dehydrated due to the airport and had to buy a bottle of water as they didn't offer free drinks.

They stop online checkin above a certain capacity. We had to go to the airport to check-in at the desk. Or was offered to pay 7eur extra. Rip off.

I didn't get the wheelchair assistance I'd requested and my flight was on the tarmac, which was extremely painful for me. If this airline isn't for me, that's fine. The crew was fantastic and friendly ab

Bought check in baggage but couldn’t do it at the kiosk, had to line up just to get baggage tag which was a very long queue with only 1 customer service agent handling all vueling flights. Had to wait about 45mins just to get a bag tag and drop baggage.

Last time bucking this company if I would know I wouldn’t do it, they made me lose my flight

Nous sommes parties de Copenhague avec plus de 2h de retard. L'avion n'a pas pu atterrir à Paris et après avoir encore perdu du temps en vol, a atterri à Bruxelles. Une navette devait nous prendre en charge pour nous ramener à Paris mais personne ne nous a renseignés, on a tourné en rond dans l'aéroport durant plus de 2h, sans trouver de solution pour rentrer (pas de train, pas de voiture de location...). Nous avons fini par monter dans un car affrété par une autre compagnie et qui nous a déposés à CDG. Ensuite il fallu prendre un Uber (il était plus de 2h du matin) pour rentrer, qui a couté presque 90 €. Donc non, je ne suis pas satisfaite des services de la compagnie Vueling.

I liked the regular updates and appreciated the automatic online checkin which didn’t work for our Vueling flight so I had to do this myself.

The baggage policy is pathetic. We paid for our carry-on bags online. Said if we don't remove the wheels of our carry-ons it's not considered a carry-on. We all measured our bags according to the website beforehand. We were not refunded for our bags and were obligated to buy it as checked in bags for over $70 online or $90 over the counter. First and last time I travel with this airline.

Good but your male staff should be more appreciative of customers. After all you are making a lot of monies from Nigerians.

Delays with no communication. Broken business class seat and no one seems to care or help.

The head of the flight attendants was very rude and impolite and insisted to know my nationality on flight while I had my Can passeport! against all rules!

Really was disappointed in flying in business class starting from lounge which was the worst lounge every Flight almost 6 hours flight the airplane is sooooooo old not comfortable at all food was awful no tv seats was uncomfortable can’t even charge your phone to play any entertainment

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced.

Bad service in la RAM from beginning to end. The crew ladies are impolite and rude and insensitive to passengers requests. I do not recommend traveling with Royal Air Maroc (La RAM) - worst service.

when we ask for water or any help nobody care.. they are too arrogant

I thought it was great because the seats were really comfortable for the long flight. The food was just ok, and could have been a bit better.

Pros: "I liked nothing about this airline. Lucky I am life… Just when we took off , the pilot announced an engine failure, we returned to Marrakech airport waiting for information instead we were walked around the another from gate to gate, yet still no information. At 3:30 PM we were told that there is no flight that day. They put us in hotel at 8:30 PM. I am at the hotel at this time without information regarding the next flight . This is the worst airline I ever used in my life, not even some sort of customer service."
Cons: "Expel ROYAL AIR MAROC from your list of offers Punish them for treating travelers like garbage. I expect a refund from the price I paid"
