Happy attentive flight crew. All in all good flight the night flight works well. Getting into Mexico City early so you don't get caught up it all the immigration and custom ques, additionally, this helps when exiting the airport and crossing the city to your final destination. All works very well and would do it again

Newer plane with large seats. No meal, but snacks were plentiful. Inflight entertainment was good but movies were dated.

I like the plane , but i was 50 mts before my fly and they didn’t let me document my luggage, so they told my that I have to leave my luggage or buy an others tickets , because they didn’t want me to give me credit for the tickets I have so that is abuse from the company , and on the line it was 5 families with the same situation equal lime mine , I think they doing business with the tickets w people ,; Mexico has a bad working people, the rip money from turists, and is bad because give bad impression of the company that is aereomexico

No everybody brings the proper equipment to enjoy the plane entertainment. Then I was not able to enjoy it.

We were sitting on the plane for half an hour before we arrived at the gate after landing. We had to wait half an hour to collect our luggage.

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

Crew was professional. Boarding has few seats . Since the plane was not full would have been nice to change seat on the internet

On time every leg of the journey and exceptional staff at counter, gate, and on board. I haven’t travelled in US for a long time and was genuinely surprised how pleasant this was.

The Polaris experience is top notch. From departure lounge to arrival lounge. Everything was top notch. One of the best first class experience

EWR terminal C United Club is great. Flight and everything else mediocre

Flight delayed for 2 hours due to a part. The plane sat waiting for boarding for a long time and during final preflight inspection the issue was found. Why not do the preflight inspection sooner if you know the plane is being used?

Very bad , airplain had problem with engines , had to evacuate, had a delay on my trip for almost 4 hours , lost my rental car in london..

Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.

I am quite satisfied. The flight was on time and landed early. Staff was friendly.

Other than a late takeoff (not British Airways fault) and some delays with baggage, it was a terrific flight. The crew in business class was superb and the seat and accommodations clean and modern. Could not have asked for more.

Flight was an Iberia Flight on Level but seemed to be outsourced to a 3rd airline - Wamos. Seating pattern was different than when booked, we waited on the JETBRIDGE for 45 minutes to board, food was terrible. Movie options were limited to about 20 and very old, TV shows was limited to about 15 and equally as old. Staff was fine but definitely the "b-team". Landed about 60 minutes early and waited on the runway for 45 minutes - despite that Logan Airport in Boston recently added new gates. Mediocre experience at best.

I liked the friendly crew and desk staff, all very helpful. I was surprised and a little annoyed on my outbound flight from LGW to MCO as I had prepaid and booked my seat, which was all correct at check in on my boarding pass. when I got on the plane someone was in my seat ! I was moved to another seat. The food choice is quite limited and I feel that an option of a muffin for breakfast snack would be welcomed, not everyone wants egg or bacon wrap. The choice of entertainment is good, plenty to keep you busy on a long haul flight. I liked the option offered to have the cabin bag checked into the hold, it saved me as an older, lone traveller lifting my case into the overhead locker or finding there was no space.

Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

My luggage did not get to my Miami destination/home. I am waiting for it 24 hours later.

Rude security cunts. However the lady that issued my boarding ticket when I was flying back from New York was lovely & helpful!!

I couldn’t select my seat until I checked in at the airport. Extremely difficult to talk to a customer service representative. Also, the gate announcement doesn’t appear until less than an hour before boarding.

They over sold the flight and I was not able to board. Had to buy two tickets so I would not miss my connection.

On the flight from Venice to London even it’s short, 2 hours 20 minutes and mostly people are on vacation, it’s ridiculous to change money for the cup of tea or coffee. Also it’s to much to charge 80$ for 1 piece of luggage

Flying economy is like being packed into a sardine can.

The BA team at Sky Harbor is deplorable, full of unnecessary attitude and poor communication. It seems like every member of the team was looking at another to solve the problem, instead of taking agency to do so themselves. I saw no less than 6 altercations with the same gate agent where he threatened to revoke the passengers boarding pass for asking a wildly reasonable question, something as simple as where the cue to board was. I’ve complained to BA before but it seems this isn’t an issue for them, which is very disappointing

It was very good. We got a late start by about an hour and a half. However I worked rather have that than crash. It was purely mechanical. They had our tickets ready when we came off the plane in London for the next leg. The only mishap was when we got to Lisbon my husbands luggage made or bit mine didn't. All was not lost because I did finally get it 2 days later. I was really pleased that they c made the effort.

Business lounge in Naples is very spartan with poor food and not very comfortable. Late departure from gate, ride bust then wait on runway for 30 minutes. Almost an hour late departing. Business class was middle seat empty. We exit row do reasonable comfort. Service was friendly and prompt but drink offerings limited with some selections requiring extra charge.

Liked that my American Airlines status seamlessly transferred to BA so luggage check was free. Flights were on time, boarding quick. Wish they didn’t assign connecting gate so late at Heathrow.
