Check in was horrendous! Economy took 2 hours before seeing an agent. Business class was 0.5 - 1 hour.

This was an American Airlines flight. The crew were very unhappy and quite grumpy. Abrupt to the point of being rude. The food was dreadful. Indeed the breakfast was in edible. I will avoid AA at all costs in the future.
Suite door was jammed but seat itself was very comfortable.
Connecting British Airways flight was 29 hours delayed so I never made it on this plane

Boarding could be smoother. But the flight crew was excellence. Very professional, friendly and helpful.
The crew was great but we sat in the plane for over an hour before takeoff combined with a 4 hour delay on our previous flight caused us to miss planned scheduled meetings in Geneva.
Not as bad as from Newark to London ,but that doesn’t mean I will book with them again
Messed about all day by airport staff. BA staff onsite refused to help, while we were with airport police regarding a theft. Had to pay £300 for new flights, and the new flight was 3 hours late leaving. Horrific
From LHR to EWR the plane was dirty. The entertainment section touch screen was beyond horrible it didn’t work. It really looked like I was in economy class with horrible equipment provided to pass the hour. You need to be sleeping otherwise your experience of British airways would have been beyond pathetic. Food selection was horrible. I vomited a lot. All in all very bad experience
