Attentive crew. Best of all was the empty seat between me and my rowmate.

Quick easy boarding. Airport was unprepared for early landing and we were waiting in the plane for 20 minutes before getting a gate.

Both flights were delayed. We sat on the tarmac on Boise for 3 hours with little updates

Received little assistance with air sick child. Crew’s main concern was if anything got on the seat belt!

The pretzels are awesome. The free movies are excellent. The plane crew was amazing. The Austin airport lounge was too small and overcrowded. There were not enough seats. And the boarding staff was not as friendly.

The flight was diverted and departed from San Jose instead of San Francisco. This could’ve been executed more smoothly because after arriving in San Jose it seemed like nothing was being processed correctly as needed for the gate agents to do their jobs well and the flight to leave on time

Both flights from NYC to SFO were delayed more than an hour. No wifi, no screens/movies etc. The crew was nice.

It was really nice as always and i enjoyed the flight this time around wasn't as much turbulence.

There were no gluten free snacks and it wasn’t clear how to access entertainment.

Both of my flights were delayed. This is the 2nd week in a row that Alaska has been delayed. Not a great experience.

The flight was very uncomfortable and there was no snacks served for the 13 hours international flight. In addition, the flight was delayed 3 hours

In flight wifi that I paid for was very slow and at times didn't work at all.

Flight delayed at the last moment Hill next day and havé to drag at Hotel at our cost and bec day was again delayed 4 Times because no crée and no pilot

Food made me sick. There were delays on almost every flight.

Free ear adapters for movie screen and a snack with a beverage.

There were no free snacks…little pretzel bag or cookies like we had on our flight out.

Date was for a day earlier than I realized and no email or text up on check in. At least I could have made an effort to re-arrange my schedule to use the flight. 100% write off + cost of new ticket.

I don’t know if there were any snacks served on the 5 hour flight. I might have been napping when the attendants came around. But I usually wake up when they do.

The staff was great. There were boarding delays due to the weather although the staff remained calm and friendly. The food is generally sub-par and there was a delay with my luggage but the airline was relatively speedy with having it delivered to me.

Crew was very nice. Food was below average. Entertainment choices limited. Screen size very small. Sleeping blanket small and not adequate in business class.

Some how I got “offloaded” even though I had my boarding pass Food was horrible Staff were nice and cheerful No headphones were provided

Terrible. Missed my flight to final destination because of delayed British Airways flight. Had to spend 12 hours in airport and $1500 for new plane tickets

Crew and boarding fine. Flight delayed, then delayed again after boarding.

Not enough trash pickups throughout the flight. Everything else was great.

Quick boarding Clean aircraft Departure delayed but landed early Evening wrap was very good, breakfast was okay.

Asked for a wheelchair multiple times. Got denied the wheelchair in London layover.

American was good / British Airways partner was not as good…

Staff , Comfort and Food were excellent. My individual lamp did not work so I could not read, neither my novel nor the menu.

I was called up at the gate not knowing why and then handed over my passport and was told I was being upgraded from Premier economy to Business class and it was wonderful. I've never been upgraded before and it was such a pleasant experience.

It was truly amazing. I will do it again! Excellent!
