Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

The line at boarding was not well organized and managed

Just lucky: After realizing I was on "standby" b/c of a technical seat problem, someone volunteered to go Premium Economy, & I got to keep my Business seat. Found broken headphones, and they replaced them immediately! Excellent food and beverage service. Although we went to ALM first on our way to NQZ, it meant Business class was almost empty for the last 1.5 hours of flight- heavenly!

Boarding was horrible. We were packed into a bus with few seats and made to stand for 10 to 15 minutes, then driven for 5 minutes on wild curves. Complementary food and drink was a tiny chocolate and a bottle of water. Seating was cramped. Aircraft had no video.

Waiting too long before getting on the plane. No communication, slow...horrible

Changing the flight with app and customer service was very difficult and poor .although I h ad a ticket and seat number still had to pay more money as ticket not transfered. Couldn’t buy another ticket for my daughter on my booking too. Customer services’s appealing. My daughter was ill and noine cared.

From there moment we arrived to the 7 hour delay, this flight was a challenge. We were suppose to be direct and everything changed. A backup crew was called in, extended repairs, non working headphone plugs, it was not a great experience.

I paid a lot of money for seat selection and was miserable for flight duration

There was a boarding delay in Almaty. Comfort and food was average.

Delayed, took forever to get luggage out of the flight. Worst short flight within Europe we've had.

4 hours is a long flight with no movies and no snacks.

The flight was cancel and then changed the gate 3 times and nobody communicated to that change I don’t take any trips whit that company
