This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Very bad experience during the boarding, the Aegean employees were very rude, and impatient with the passengers

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Our flight was canceled after we paid in full and began making further plans. we were refunded only around75% of what we paid! I strongly recommend against ordering Aegaen Airlines!

Crew was excellent. Food was ok for a short flight. Plane was a regular airliner without any entertainment. Crew members were delightful. Pilot took off and landed without ever feeling that it had touched down. Very professional pilot and staff

Never heard about them before and was surprised how organized and efficient they are.

These were tickets purchased with a stolen credit card number.

Seriously, every airline needs to improve their boarding procedures. Even though Sky Express boarded the furtheredt seats from the door first, it was still disappointing that it took so long to board.

Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.

A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.

We hope that soon Sky Express will have the entire airplane fleet refreshed. More new airplanes to fill the gap and expand further direct flights to new airports. Crew acts responsibly and kind, which is even more important at this pandemic period.

I was going to miss my connecting flight with sky Express also and the people in the office said they couldn't help me book another flight for the next day, but that I had to wait until anthens and go their office to help me. Other people on staff were friendly though.

Speakers were blaring. It's like being in a Moroccan market and you keep getting shouted at with what's for sale

Flights were on time. The crew was efficient and friendly.

Cheap flights as you expect with Ryanair. I would take cheaper flights over entertainment and comfort for short haul travel. Main issue is usually delays at airports. In this case we landed roughly 2hr30 later than planned due to earlier delays with the plane. Not the worst I imagine

Usual RyanAir flight but disembarking was poor, no rear steps. The Faro Airport required lots of up step and down steps, no elevator Getting through passport control took 50 minutes in the EU line

On time, no announcement all along the flight, you can rest.

Flight was delayed due to weather so not much Ryanair could do about that - otherwise it was very efficient and smooth

Bag check in was terrible. Arrived 2 hours and 10 minutes ahead of required time and then waited 50 minutes in line to check ONE bag. There were 4 employees standing around as only two were checking bags and there were 6 gates available to check bags. Process is terrible. Lack of customer concern and service.

The boarding process was fast and easy , but the airport sign was not up on the board, so it was hard to know the correct gate , on the airplane there was NO Snacks and NO water …. Everything needs to be purchase …. It’s not worthy for the price we paid !

Pierwszy raz odbyłam tak pozytywny lot. Uprzejma, świetna załoga. Kapitana lotu W6 1771 z 6.01.2024, pozytywnie zaskoczył wyraźnym kontaktem i ciekawostkami na temat lotu, jak i informacja o zorzy polarnej zachęcając do zobaczenia przez okana. After the flight. Waiting to long to get off the plane

Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.

Was denied to enter the previous plane so couldnt make it to this one

Got rejected to enter the plane because i took calming pills. Im scared of flying and i always take it since 12 years and it was never a problem with other airlines.

Shambolic boarding with ZERO information on why there was a delay. Don't treat customers like sheep. Crew good. Aircraft new. Late departure with minimal information from flight deck.

The flight was 1.30 hour late because of the Police checking 4 passengers. This was not Ryanair fault but was quite ennoying.

The boarding process was fast Uncomfortable seats ,do not recline.

My fligh was suddenly canceled and no ine approached me The web response was the only one and it was poor and not satisfactory Wizz did not take care for moving me and my family to another flight instead and simply gave us back the flight credits which i cant do nothing with !!

The crew was not very friendly or did not seem like very approachable. The plane was quite dirty and it didn’t sound too good when landing.
