All good- I love BA and the professionalism of the crew and pilots.

Great flight- smooth, nice crew, nice clean aircraft, departed a little late but arrived 10 early.

It was listed on my ticket as Finnair but there was no indication that the flight was Finnair. In fact the number was even different. There were no employees there until exactly 2 hours before so we had to wait in line at Iberia and hope

The flight was Finnair but there was no indications anywhere that the checkin was for Finnair also. There was no one to ask. I think at a minimum they should list the code shares so people don’t stand in the wrong line for an hour.

I booked the flight with Finnair, which made the arrangements for downloading a boarding pass unnecessarily complicated. I wouldn't do that again. Instead I'd book direct with AA.

Flight ok, but me and other two passengers didn’t have connection with the entertainment in our seats. So, no movies, no games, no music… for 9 hours. The crew just told us that there’s nothing they can do but I noticed during the flight that there were empty seats, so they could have offered to us to change seats. Customer service could be better.

Had a nice flight to London on BA will fly with them again in the future

I’m very disappointed, to fly into an airplane for 10 straight hours, and not having a TV even though when I put the ticket I was told that I will have entertainment for the TV. Very disappointed.

Helpful steward. Allowed me to move to some empty seats and I was able to get some sleep. He also had milk for my tea. Americans don’t realise that cream or half and half ruin tea.

Security was a mess at the Helsinki Airport. But I was delighted by the connecting flight waiting for us for JFK.

Surprisingly easy! I was hesitant to try this, but the cost swayed me. I actually felt like I had less stress than all the taxiing and possible delays that occur with short regional flights where you spend less time in the air than getting to and from the plane..

The food that was offered based on class level of your ticket was absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. They didn't even hot tea to serve, the food was horrible. On our departure flight I was seated in premium plus economy and considering the cost of the flight the food was literally some of the worst I've ever eaten. On the return flight I sat in economy with extra leg room and was given a thin little throw "blanket" and a flimsy little pillow. The air condition was on artic and the seating arrangement wasn't really worth the money. The seat didn't recline good enough and the foot rest was laughable. Total waste.

Generally good but there wasn’t any staff available when my luggage didn’t appear at baggage claim in Fresno. It took about half an hour to locate a staff member to open up the room where it was being kept.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

This flight was a code share on Air New Zealand.

The flight was delayed by 4 hours !!!!! It was very uncomfortable , and they told us only one our before departure

Textbook great flight. On-time departure and arrival, clean plane, good food, friendly flight attendants. Checked baggage delivered promptly.

Liked Seat space in Premium Plus Disliked delay, poor management of boarding groups, missed meal at landing.

I think it would have been better to get a heads up to download the app before getting on the plane as I only had wifi in the airport and didn’t realize the plane was an older one. Maybe a little more communication before hand would be lovely. The seats as always were crammed and uncomfortable and trying to convince people to spend an extra 150 so that we have an extra foot of leg room was less then ideal.

Flight attendant was sincerely mean -- a true disgrace to an otherwise pretty crummy company anyway. Really embarrassing. I actually feel bad for United.

I paid for premium economy but BA oversold the seats and we ended up being downgraded. Not acceptable given how much we paid for the flight. We were also separated to 2 different areas so not only did we not get the service we paid for, we didn’t even get to sit together. I’m not happy at this treatment by BA because of corporate greed.

My luggage never arrived in Miami; still waiting a day later.

Fast check in, easy to navigate, crew were very good, the plane was delayed due to a previous flight and I found the cleanliness a little lacking but overall it was fine

I would not fly with BA again. Packed in like sardines, constant request to turn down air conditioning due to freezing cold for hours and the food was pretty to look at but tasteless!

Appalling! The flight was delayed by 3.5 hours and the American Airlines staff at the airport where nit very helpful. Once boarded, the flight crew were unhelpful, the food was poor and the aircraft was tatty.

Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate

The food is really eco only level. Breakfast was shameful. I am considering to stop flying with Iberia. Business prices are as expensive as other companies with much better service.

Why no entertainment? Also water should be free, it is basic human right.

Late boarding. Delayed departure leading to rushed connection at Madrid Barajas. Not necessarily Iberia's fault but delay loading cargo didn't help.

Was delayed, did not end up flying to Victoria. Was not offered alternative accomodation or travel. Very dissapointed. Had to pay out of pocket for taxi, ferry, food etc.

Excellent in flight service, perhaps the best we've ever had. Business class feels tired and needs improvement to compete with other airlines. The food looked good but tasted terrible. Check in was quick, the flight arrived early and our luggage was on our flight with us.

Food could be better, lie flat seats could be a little more cushioned

Crew members were very polite and prompt in service. Cooling was very comfortable for a long journey but it's seats were stiff which are uncomfortable for a long travel

Flew in Business Class. The new AC lounge at SFO is one of the best I’ve been to with a spacious design and an open air deck. Flight itself was on-time and as expected overall.

I didn’t get to go on my flight. I cracked a rib and tried to contact kayak Air Canada and United Airlines and everyone gave me the runaround. No one reached back out to me and I couldn’t go on my trip. I have used kayak in the past to book flights, but I will never do it again because that experience of trying to get a hold of someone to explain my situation was awful. Everyone gave me the runaround that I did speak to and no one was helpful and kayak was unreachable.

Food variety there should be more options or at least more chicken than pasta offers. Multiple times I get left with pasta option only as I usually sit furthest back row.

Food in Air Canada can always be better. Processed packaged foods are so 80s.

First of all, it was operated by lufthansa and not air Canada. I strongly suggest Lufthansa over air Canada.

The Lufthansa part was wonderful. The short connection flight was not.

Horrible flight attendant in back of economy that screamed at me, have already reported to United. Horrible food - for Gluten free, why would you assume the person is vegetarian? I was served some kind of horrible curry bean paste and multiple cold rolls and soggy vegetables with no seasoning... um no!

I was at the airport on time , I checked in my luggage . The plane was delayed and the gate was change. The flight board did not give information . I did not get chance to fly. I am going to make a claim for it

Never flown with LH before so all in all wasba good experience. Also good to know that approx 24hrs prior the flight opens up for being able to organise the seating free.

It was a short flight, no real service (which is okay). Very bumpy because of weather.

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...

No eye patches , socks given out for overnight flight! The snack on the short haul was a cube of chocolate! The seat was uncomfortable for a long haul - not enough cushioning!
