Pros: "I made it to my destination"
Cons: "I have never got in almost 13 hours of flight and was not even offered glass of water or any food!!! Norwegian flights are not providing any beverages or food and when I asked they told me I should have added food options on my booking???? That’s the most unbelievably weirdest and inhuman flight I have ever took. Will definitely make sure not to do same mistake ever again!"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "If I was allowed onto my flight. My previous flight on AirEuropa was overbooked, I didn’t get a seat, and they put me on the next flight out. With the delay I didn’t get to the check in window till approximately 55 minutes before departure. Norwegian wouldn’t even let me check in. They said boarding had already stopped and the flight was closed. Sent me to the sales rep where I was told my only option was to switch to the same flight the following day, but that would cost me an additional 630€. I ended up stuck in Barcelona overnight and found a cheaper flight home with British Airways/American Airlines."
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "Norwegian used an extremely old Wamos A320 aircraft instead of one of their own 787s. The seats were not only uncomfortable, but also so tightly arranged that my knees touched the back of the front seat, and I am an average 6 feet tall. Inflight entertainment options were available only through the Wamos app, which could not be downloaded on the plane (and Norwegian had not mentioned during check in). Unless for people with pre-ordered food, it was not possible to buy even water until about 3 1/2 hours into the flight. The flight to BCN on a Norwegian plane was okay, but the prospect of another such return experience makes it very questionable to book this airline again."
Cons: "No food or water was offered. Had to stop for water . Barely any selection of movies"
Pros: "The first of a 2-leg trip (Krabi-Oslo) went great. Boarding was orderly and timely, left pretty much on time. Seats were surprisingly comfortable and roomy."
Cons: "The second leg (Oslo-JFK) however was a completely different story. The airline dropped the ball in so many ways here. 45 minutes past departure time and they are still boarding people. This was mostly do to the gate agents arbitrarily forcing people to needlessly check bags that would have been fine on board (while simultaneously forcing them to pay for checking thos bags, unbelievable money-grab on the part of the airline). Flight crew made no announcements whatsoever on the delay until 30 minutes past departure time. As an obvious result, bags then took a tremendous amount of time to arrive at claim."
Pros: "Very smooth flight with comfortable seats even for low fare customers"
Cons: "I got flagged for extra security, which lead to some extra confusing steps and extra stress. This was compounded by strange behaviors of the digital kiosk (probably related to the security screen), crowded airport, and language barriers."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 5 hrs, gate changed just prior to boarding"
Cons: "Again it was not made clear about self transfer. While booking it should be clearly stated if a flight is or is not self transfer"
Pros: "Happy crew, efficient. Friendly. Everything on time or early 5*. Appreciated no fuss of hand luggage size and weight (as on others) Keep up the good work!"
