An hour-long wait to check in, 90 minutes for luggage to come out, lost luggage, chaotic operations

Planes seat could be bigger very uncomfortable for tall humans.

Business class was economy with a table in the middle seat. That is worse than economy. No food and no entertainment. Very poor representation.

We were sitting on the plane for half an hour before we arrived at the gate after landing. We had to wait half an hour to collect our luggage.

Pros: "Boarding and deplaning was done three rows at a time. It worked great."
Pros: "The crew was amazing, very respectful and very timely."
Cons: "My experience with Aeromexico was excellent. The snack and drink sets them apart from the other competitors. No delays, and friendly staff."
Pros: "Seats are comfortable. Compared to other flights there is more leg room. Flight attendants where friendly."
Cons: "The flight was late on arrival, so there was more time spent in the airport. Due to this, we were right behind another flight that landed before us. Customs will only allow one plane to disembark, so we waited to get off the plan for over 30 minutes. This was the only bad experience with the trip."
Pros: "Due to covid I understand the strict attitude but sometimes they are rude."

Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

My luggage never arrived in Miami; still waiting a day later.

Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

Seats, comfort level ugh. Crew was not attentive, only to coach

All corners have been cut and it’s a cheap experience that no longer is distinguished from most other cheap airlines

The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

it would good to have at least something to drink...

I can’t comment on food as it was necessary to buy it. No entertainment.

Everything was fantastic except the Iberia website and app… they left a lot of questions and induced much stress. But once on the plane, all was awesome.

Premium economy class is pathetic. Rubbed shoulders with passenger next to me all flight. Only about 20 passengers in that class but they ran out of one food option shortly after started serving the main meal. Flight attendant was curt and acted annoyed when asked any questions.
