When checking our bags at the Virgin Atlantic counter, the employee told us that we should go to Delta because we needed to verify our passports and our names. Fortunately the employee organizing the line stopped us and asked why we didn't hand over our suitcases. He sent us to another line and told the employee that we already have the passports verified in the reservation. She understood and received our suitcases. In London they have a general waiting room, where you stay until the gate number of your flight is announced. KAYAK informed us the gate number hours before the airlines did. Just like the flight to London, the legroom is too small. abusive for a flight of so many hours.

The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

Bathroom broke, had to rush to board because of late exit of previous flight

Space and comfort was good. Staff could have been more helpful and friendly.

Boarding super slow with people allowed to linger in aisles

I liked that the planes brought me back to NYC safely, but I could have used a friendlier crew.

I am surprised that a company of such prestige would let you board a plane without air conditioning and no WiFi, not to mention that we had a delay of just over fifteen minutes and many passengers arrived...It was a flight beyond Delta's prestige.

Boarding was slow again. Too many people with too much luggage.

Pilots concern for safety was excellent. Flights were pretty much on time & bags made it too. Food was decent for airline food. For some reason Delta tagged me for extra security when I hold a Global Entry/TSA pre-check #. At connecting flight at JFK because Delta didnt honor my pre-check # we nearly missed our connecting flight as we had to wait in line for 45 minutes to get through security. Really Delta!!! Secondly, we were not notified by Delta's partner airline KLM that our flight from JFK to Amsterdamn was cancelled until the day before oue scheduled travel date. We had no idea Delta re-scheduled us until me made a call where we were on hold for 30 minutes. Delta did reschedule us but we lost upgraded seats we paif for. Of course ths extra money for the upgraded seats was not returned. Really important - Delta customer service doesnt know how Customs works at JFK if you have a connecting flight. The wait time to get through Customs on 10/4/23 @ 1700 was 60 to 90 minutes & then you had to go through TSA security again where the wait time was 45 minutes. If we didnt have Global Entry no way we would of made the connecting flight. If your travelling through JFK off an international flight with connections better have 3 to 4 hours between flights. Delta agents told us it only takes a few minutes. Some flight attendants were awesome & others really didnt want to be there but that is pretty much with every airline.

W were seated in the middle of 4-seat row so we had to bother other passengers to get out. Seats were packed together too tightly. It was a very uncomfortable place to sit for 8 hours.

All good- I love BA and the professionalism of the crew and pilots.

Great flight- smooth, nice crew, nice clean aircraft, departed a little late but arrived 10 early.

It was listed on my ticket as Finnair but there was no indication that the flight was Finnair. In fact the number was even different. There were no employees there until exactly 2 hours before so we had to wait in line at Iberia and hope

Sorting on line would have been appreciated Onward information on flights missed No ability to get seating arranged before we got to gate Very unfriendly at gate

The flight was Finnair but there was no indications anywhere that the checkin was for Finnair also. There was no one to ask. I think at a minimum they should list the code shares so people don’t stand in the wrong line for an hour.

Flight ok, but me and other two passengers didn’t have connection with the entertainment in our seats. So, no movies, no games, no music… for 9 hours. The crew just told us that there’s nothing they can do but I noticed during the flight that there were empty seats, so they could have offered to us to change seats. Customer service could be better.

Finnair cancelled my flight 12 hours prior to leaving for Helsinki. They stated there were mechanical problems. I had to scurry around to find a new flight that would meet my needs for arrival in Helsinki. Luckily I was able to find alternate transportation through Lufthansa/United.

I’m very disappointed, to fly into an airplane for 10 straight hours, and not having a TV even though when I put the ticket I was told that I will have entertainment for the TV. Very disappointed.

Helpful steward. Allowed me to move to some empty seats and I was able to get some sleep. He also had milk for my tea. Americans don’t realise that cream or half and half ruin tea.

Security was a mess at the Helsinki Airport. But I was delighted by the connecting flight waiting for us for JFK.

Air hostess delayed providing food and then pulled away the tray before i finished eating

my original flight was cancelled the previous day, and i was rescheduled onto this flight, which left much earlier in the morning, impacting my previous evening and requiring me to get up much earlier in the morning to get to the airport online. This practice happens way way way too much, and it seems on every airline, though AA is probably the worst.

The flight was on time and the crew very professional. Everything went as expected and I will use BA again for this trip.

We paid to have overhead carry-on baggage. When we got to the gate we were told that our carry on bags would need to be checked and go below because the flight was full. Notably we were nowhere near the last people to board and about 30 other passengers also had to check their carry-on bags. Other than that the flight was fine.

Very bad plain although I paid A business class ticket I was stuck in a stiff fixed seat without any entertainment or Wi Fi for 5 hours I will never ever book a flight on British airline.

Self check in Kiosk did not recognize that I had prepaid for my luggage. This caused a 40 minute delay even though I had my British Airways email receipt for the prepaid luggage.

Crew were very friendly and helpful. They explained to us in detail the delay in our takeoff due to the storm that rolled in from Belfast and did their best to make up the time. Always great to fly BA!

Staff were very helpful. The free WiFi for messages was also very useful to keep in touch

Crew was more interested on looking at their phones than welcoming passengers during boarding.

The crew was very attentive and kept busy serving a variety of treats!
