3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.

A good airline, but at checking in, they allocated seats for my wife, and I far away from each other, and to change them, they wanted a payment, such a bad policy, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth All was good on the plane, good food, but the air hostess was abrupt and a bit rough dealing with the passengers, but one has to find excuses for staff working under pressure

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

I will avoid this airline as much as possible. Service was rude, and I don’t think the crew knew how to answer a CALL LIGHT. I pushed my call light on the ohare to Istanbul and the Istanbul to Thailand flight because I was very very thirsty. NO ONE CAME. I pushed it twice! NO ONE CAME! Why have a call light when no one will come? My experience was the WORSE AND I WILL NEVER EVER FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE AGAIN. The cabin crew needs to learn MANNERS AND BE RETRAINED on their jobs on how to be helpful and kind instead of being short with their customers and ANSWER CALL LIGHTS! I honestly wouldn’t be suprised this airline goes out of business.

Pathetic flight. No inflight entertainment and seats were very cramped

I found it okay. Did not think the food was that great. And the service could have been better. Seat was a little cramped. Delay getting to Istanbul made me rush all the way across the airport to get to the connection. This was a not good experience.

The communication about the delay could have been better before and during the flight. Also, this online form could have less bugs. It is almost impossible to type in this window.

The flight boarded a little late but made up the time in flight - much appreciated. The staff were efficient and fairly friendly One of the toilets wasn’t working - having only one functioning toilet for a flight of hundreds isn’t really acceptable. I still find it amazing that the budget airlines can’t even offer free tap water to passengers.

The pilot did everything possible to make up the 35 minute delay. His communications were honest, prompt and positive throughout.

Would have liked the plane to leave on time so I didn’t miss connection upon arrival. Some pathetic excuse as to late departure bought about by easyJet incompetence

Letting people wait outside for boarding in the rain and almost 0 degrees for a high temperature destination is very customer unfriendly

Em relação a Ryanair, ter de ir ao check-in só para carimbar o cartão de embarque não foi muito fácil, são muito demorados, e atrasam a passagem do controlo de passaporte... E cheguei com 2 horas de antecedência

O voo atrasou um bom bocado A tripulação não era comunicativa,não fez vendas... Não abordava os passageiros... A 1°vez que me acontece tal coisa 🤷‍♀️

I hate Ryanair and have decided never to fly with them again, they treat you like animals on the way to slaughter and they never take responsibility for their errors and lousy service.

The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good.

While I had a business class ticket I wasn’t given priority to boar. Again my luggage had priority tags and these bags didn’t come out till the end!! The food at the lounge was only two type of sandwiches and warm juices and soft drinks I thought I’m paying for good services but the least u can say it’s mediocre at best. I’m considering not to use TAM AGAIN.

The service was terrible. We weren’t allowed to take water on the flight and the drinks were offered only at the end of the meal. When we used the button to call the flight attendants, they never showed up and when my daughter’s drink was spilled due to turbulences, she asked for something to clean her pants at least 4 times and eventually they gave her a tissue. The flight attendants were rude and overall the flight was terrible!

Good but your male staff should be more appreciative of customers. After all you are making a lot of monies from Nigerians.

Really was disappointed in flying in business class starting from lounge which was the worst lounge every Flight almost 6 hours flight the airplane is sooooooo old not comfortable at all food was awful no tv seats was uncomfortable can’t even charge your phone to play any entertainment

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Very uncomfortable chair. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced. The AC dis not work, kept us on the plane for over an hour with no water and air condition

Bad service in la RAM from beginning to end. The crew ladies are impolite and rude and insensitive to passengers requests. I do not recommend traveling with Royal Air Maroc (La RAM) - worst service.

Old aircraft with a terrible business class setup and poor connection experience in Casablanca. Strongly suggest you pay a bit more and fly a different airline.

The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline.

Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated.

It's a budget airline. Great for short flight. Smooth landing.

4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.

To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.

I have been treated unacceptably by WizzAir aircraft crew in a previous flight, they threatened me and abused me, and I received an OFFICIAL written apology, but only two (2) months later. This flight had no such unacceptable behaviour, but it's not nice to be left waiting in the walkway (from gate to aircraft) for a long time, just so that the 'boarding' appears to be early, even if actual departure is not.
