Needless to say we did not receive any reimbursement for the flights paid. Communication with the customers would have been nice and the tickets reimbursed or vouchers offered,"

Overall a very comfortable trip. Boarding process could have been more organized. The food could be better. Crew is excellent!

Staff was very pleasant. Flight was delayed but information on delay was not clear.

Cons: "Every conceivable element, from the utter chaos of the airport to the challenge of navigating the check in to the quite warm cabin."
Cons: "I was told when I arrived that I have no seat in my booked flight, I have to reschedule and leave 8 hours later. Why let me start my trip is the knew I am going to set at the airport for hours after flying one leg."
Cons: "Poor service overall. Little empathy or care for passengers. Passengers are just a task to handle."
