Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)

I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.

Delay on my previous leg, had to run to catch my flight. But that happens. Overall ok.
Delay and had to run between flight to get my connection due to this delay but besides that the overall experience was ok. I arrived with just an hour of delay.
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
The immigration hall in Amsterdam was understaffed, so passport checking was slower than it should be for a major airport. They need to get the automatic readers up and running for non EU passport holders. Waiting in line after a long flight feels a bit abusive.
My seat 3G did not go down fully and the buttons were not working properly

These are one of the older seat arrangements facing away from the windows! Not particularly convenient sets. No storage spaces. NO COAT HANGING HOOKS. Inconvenient business class seat compared to any other airlines of similar class. Staff are excellent! Extremely professional, friendly. Food is good too.
Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.

There was a 6h delay with limited updates . When we got to Manchester the bus took ages to get to arrivals and we missed our train, dinner reservation. Basically lost a whole day due to arrivals Lingus!!
The pre-check (passport control) for all US flights from Dublin airport is brilliant, meaning these flights come into the domestic airport in the US - it was so quick and easy getting to my hotel once we landed. The plane itself was great, staff were lovely and food was fine.

Got us to destination alive, albeit a bit late. Luggage was left behind. No live tracking app available (available on some other airlines). Supposedly going to be delivered in next couple of days.
The trip was mostly nice, till the last moment when they had some issue with opening the flight door. The flight arrived late by 10 minutes, which was ok-ish, but then we got stuck on the plane for 35 minutes at the bridge and that costed our connection flight to LAX which left with 12+ passengers still on our flight. It added 2 days to our trip home, and we had to make lots of rearrangements to deal with the ripple effects. Don't book a 1+ stop trip with a layover time less than 2 hours.
My seat was broken. No sound available and the armrest between my wife and I was broken so it could only fold halfway up. Seats were a big close together so they felt a bit claustrophobic. Boarding was a little frustrating in Dublin as there is not sufficient room to actually queue up. Boarding was also frustrating for people behind me who were unable to use the overhead due to people abusing the privilege and putting more than one item each up there. Staff was friendly and helpful to those people.
The connection time between the regional flight (from Newcastle) to an international flight (to The States) was too short. To require as second security scan and customs clearance within an hour and 20 mins is not enough time to make the actual connection. We had a final boarding call the minute we walked out of US customs and had to sprint (with two small children) through 20 gates to make it in time before the door closed. The concept is great in theory to clear customs before leaving Europe, but the timing needs to be adjusted. We travel abroad frequently and won’t be using this route again. Thanks.

Customer service was excellent! The app was terrible, tried several times to check in without success! But the young lady that checked us in was absolutely terrific and helpful.
the service on Business class should be improved to be at par with industry leaders like Cathay Pacific and Singapore AIrlines. A lot of room for improvement.

The flight was delayed due to snow in Frankfurt. There wasn't much information from BA or the airport, but Kayak was great and kept me informed of the delay and gate changes.
Late takeoff, but on time landing. Lost bags, 3 days to find them, still in transit to my location. Power outlets broken, Wi-Fi not working, so much for working on the long flight.
Good. For a long flight. The comfort of the seat could be better. Also, the food was « normal » plane food. Not indian plane food unfortunately! Everything else was smooth and great.
The seats were comfortable. So many empty seats allowed for stretching out and sleeping. The onboard entertainment was pretty good. The cabin crew were so kind and kept the passengers well- hydrated, and well fed.
We had American Airlines on our return and it was confusing if we were going with Aa or BA I had 2 different flight numbers and didn’t get our gate until it was boarding. So we were a bit nervous as the which it was
No WiFi. No food. 250 ml of water only drink option. No entertainment options. Extremely bare bones flight
Really appreciated the care, attention and friendliness of cabin crew. Very comfortable, prompt and efficient flight.
