Everything was good instead change the gates! I missed my first flight because it was changed the gate and I didn’t know!

Flight was delayed 30 minutes, but otherwise was terrific. We used our points to upgrade to Mint for the first time which was a fun & comfortable. Josh & Kori were very attentive & genuinely cared about our comfort.

Cons: "Passengers were loud, carried too much carry on luggage, and were generally crude."
Cons: "Having less passengers onboard would have been a good option for avoiding CV19."
Pros: "Paid seat was comfortable, entertainment was great"
Cons: "The elder gentleman was very rude throughout the flight. Paid for front row seat mostly due to covid and he made us seat and wait for people that had a connection flight to exit the plane all the way from the end of the aircraft defeating the purpose of me buying the front row seat at $65 which was more than the seat was worth. The way the crew asked was was very rude because he stated if we stand up he would keep the door closed. I understand about the passengers with connection flight but its Jetblue responsibility to get these people to their connection but it shouldn’t jeopardize me."

The Polaris experience is top notch. From departure lounge to arrival lounge. Everything was top notch. One of the best first class experience

EWR terminal C United Club is great. Flight and everything else mediocre

Flight delayed for 2 hours due to a part. The plane sat waiting for boarding for a long time and during final preflight inspection the issue was found. Why not do the preflight inspection sooner if you know the plane is being used?

Very bad , airplain had problem with engines , had to evacuate, had a delay on my trip for almost 4 hours , lost my rental car in london..

All good, useful to have the united app from check in to boarding

United domestic flight was better than international flight. There was no switch to control Ac In international united flight. Food was also average,

The flight was clean and on time, the crew were all very nice and we got the seats we booked. Plenty of food and beverages. The seats are too close so it’s very difficult to try and sleep comfortably.

The gate agent did nothing to help accommodate me. I am handicap and traveling with a toddler. I asked to be seated next to my husband. Someone behind me in line offered their seat and they didn’t look into whether it would be feasible to use their seat to help us sit together. They brushed me off. I was told over the phone, and hy 3 other agents we would be accommodated once we got to the gate and ask. No one told me that was based on seat availability. They confidently guaranteed we would be seated together. No one made me feel like they cared enough to do anything. On past flights when a family needs to sit together I have heard them announce it to see how they can help. I was not helped nor listened to. Shameful and terrible of the staff.

Ridiculous delays with weak excuses. United needs to do their job and troubleshoot. The rate they charge demands no less. Planes are way too full and seats are cramped. Charging for seats and luggage adds insult to injury.

Terrible boarding , Business class seats are sub standard. As usual crew will miss your food too

Just get Economy Plus for international flights, so worth it the extra room, bigger seats…

The return trip was a customer service disaster. American Airlines needs an overhaul of how they treat their customers.

Was flying in premium eco and there were around 5-6 movies I wanted to watch and none of those could I play for some reasons. Not just me we checked w the person sitting next to me. Few of the movies were only playable :( Also that was not great that we couldn't upgrade to business however tried to, many times before the flight :(

You cancelled my flight by email then made it very difficult to get in contact with you. Then put me in a flight with a long layover in Mexico returning to the wrong airport in uk. Mind blowing my stressful. I missed see my grand dad because of you.

This was not the BA business class it used to be. Mediocre food, attendants seemed stretched thin. All the little luxuries that used to make BA business fun were missing. Flight delayed and the explanation given was they forgot to pick up crew - I hope I misheard! Transfer in LHR “sticky” - we thought we had way too much time at 3hours but it was needed. Next time will try different route.

Always getting updates by email very easy to check in on line. There was plenty of checking in staff to get you all through. It was nice that the flight attendants took time to talk to you and were interested in your holiday.

Flight from Phoenix to London was very quiet. Excellent space available for comfort, couldn't fault

Food was very average. And top up drinks offer was absent. For a 11 hour long flight that should be the minimum. The crew didn't want to be there. I understand it was new year day but given they had signed up for it

It was my fault choosing the seat nearest the entrance but it was ok.

My wife and I are both handicapped and at boarding they upgraded us to a seat closer to the front rather than all the way towards the back. Much appreciated.

First the good, everyone was friendly and efficient. Flight was smooth and plane was very clean and new. Now the bad, seats have almost no padding on your behind. I was in exit row so I had tons of leg room for a 6' 2" bean pole with long legs. Everything was extra - water, soda, snacks everything besides oxygen. Ya get what you pay for, and my flight was cheap as you could ever want it, so no worries. They dont really bother you about carry-on size, I brought a descent sized backpack and they didnt even check.

Seats suck, not enough room, overcrowded planes, hectic situation all together.

No frills, limited comfort, no food, no entertainment, but fine

Spirit Airlines has the worst customer service. I don't advise flying with them.

Missed my connecting flight because of an equipment issue. Stranded in FLL. Had to pay for a hotel room after 6 hours of back and forth with Spirit, but hey…They gave me a $50 voucher for my time and inconveniences.

The purpose of Spirit is to get you where you are going with no fluff, bells or whistles. It’s literally a well built, great engine, tuna can. I can’t complain about the flight as the price more than outweighs any complaints anyone could ever have but it’s not the most comfortable ride in the world. I have always felt safe on board and the take off and landing are always incredible. Some free water on board would be nice at least.

Flight was OK. Seats were good no cell phone charges on the plane no TVs or entertainment.

Not have to pay for every single item to take a flight. Seating and delays sucked.

I hope to avoid flying with them in the future. First flight got cancelled then got stuck with a 13 hour layover in Denver. The process was long and frustrating to many people.

I am HIGHLY unhappy with the amount of money I spent on the flight. Paid in advance only to find the flight at a discount price a week or so before the flight. I will not fly frontier again and have bad mouthed your business since to anyone I have spoken with about flying (which has been many a people). Crew was mediocre and instead of moving me to a spot where I could gain some leg room they sat their flight attendant there. Won’t be flying frontier in the future.

Everything was good, and most importantly on time. They have been extremely tardy in some of my flights

Pro: The stuff was great. Friendly, patient and caring. Our seat row was clean. The bath room was clean. Our flights were close to on time. Con: The leg room is too small. No blankets or pillows. No entertainment devices at all. I can’t remember to have a food choice. I would fly again with frontier for short distances.

The check in at the airport was awful. Told I need to pay for a bag. The item was taken at screening. I went back to get my $ back and they gave me a coupon with a QR code that doesn’t work. Worst costumer service ever!!!!!

Flying frontier reminded me of flying with my family in the 80’s in all of the worst ways possible. From poor customer service to little to no technology. The plane was dirty old and also stuck in the 80’s. From their seatbelts to not having anywhere to charge our phones the seats and the equipment I wasn’t sure if I was being punked or thrown back in time. Needless to say I don’t see myself flying frontier ever again.

I had to cancel within 1hour of the reservation an they put you through hell to . no live customer service desk. I'm handy caped and they make it almost impossible to cancel. They are steeling my money. You should not have that airline on your site. Contact me and I will give you all info. Of what the are doing to me just notable treatment they are set up like that to take people

The flight was canceled, then delayed twice, we were moved gates twice. Short staff at the counter and check in. We waited for our flight 9 hours. Will never use Frontier ever again, or Spirit.
