There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.

Their bar selection could be greatly improved; they only had one spirit option

Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.

It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.

I wrote to the entertainment and food OK because it was non-applicable All excellent

Checking in online still requires going on the physical check in line

I enjoyed the smooth flow and well coordinated boarding and the very courteous attitude from the cabin crew We look forward to flying with ya’ll again

Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.

The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections

The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

Pros: "Everything has gone very well."
Cons: "The food (egg) made me get a little bit sick but it wasn’t a big deal."
Cons: "The amount of turbulence experienced was ridiculous. The landing was rough. This was the same for every flight with Copa on my round trip from SJO to MDE. This was extremely concerning."
Cons: "The seats are very uncomfortable but other than that it was wonderful!"
Pros: "nice crew."
Cons: "seats were too small and uncomfortable, not possible to lean back much because of a tall passenger behind me. international flights should have better seats."
Cons: "If we were not forced to pass through Costumes and take our Luggages and go through security again, although we were in transit for couple of hours only. I lost my pierce and no one helped"
Pros: "Nice crew"
Cons: "During the boarding process in miami my carry on was “too big” to go in the over head bin, so copa members told me I had to checked it even though I never had to check my carry on before and I needed it because I was traveling with my month and a half daughter, customer service in MIA is really bad overall for international airlines going to Latin America"
Pros: "The crew was amazing."
Cons: "A better movie and the check in was grueling. They did not have enough staff and one person spent 30 minutes helping someone repack at the check-in desk while we all waited. Pretty unacceptable."
Cons: "Extremely slow check in process, which translates in suitcase left behind and all the inconvenience of that. No on board entertainment. Aircraft is very old"
Pros: "Comfortable chair"
Cons: "They didn’t finish the in flight service supposedly due to turbulence but the plane was actually fine"
Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "Flight delayed by 9 hours with no explanation. It is a free for all at boarding. Plane is very old with the least amount of room I have had on any plane. Staff were no friendly."
Pros: "Flight crew was very friendly and helpful."
Cons: "After the flight time was changed twice in the days prior, we arrived to the airport three hours before the time posted on the website. There was no crew at the counter to provide us with boarding passes. The security team at the airport in Aruba needed to intervene as the ground crew at the gate refused to send someone to the check in counter. After pleading for an hour, they finally sent someone to give us boarding passes so that we could then proceed through security to the gate. The security team from the airport was nice enough to escort us all the way through customs, immigration, and security so that we would not miss our flight."
Pros: "No problems at check in"
Cons: "The flight itself was too fast in descending-ear popping."
