Everything was great except for online checkin. That was through BA- glitchy and needed help on seat choice in person at the airport (and the staff were fantastic). Unclear if the problem is due to booking lower fare thru kayak vs directly with Finnair or BA but seems to be the norm.

Great and pleasant service and smooth flight with wonderful and clean amenities.
Never got on this AA flight since British Airways delayed my original flight 29 hours
My ticket was cancelled unannounced and I was left stranded in the air port
It was nice and smooth from boarding to landing. Flight crew was wonderful and very professional.
The crew was great but we sat in the plane for over an hour before takeoff combined with a 4 hour delay on our previous flight caused us to miss planned scheduled meetings in Geneva.
Service was good and did its best. The business class of BA is simply substandard. The seats have not been upgraded in 20 years. It is not only that they are narrow and uncomfortable. The upholstery is beaten up and there is barely no storage. The entertainment system is completely outdated. Finally the First class lounge in SFO is horrible with no food and plastic glasses. To be avoided
They put me on stand by, just because I didn’t respond to a email confirmation. Next time I will, but it was wrong to be put on stand by. But I did get on the flight, thank you.
Flight cancelled 20 mins before departure, no support with ground transport or hotel booking
Apart from missing my flight because of another British Airway plane parking issues and had to wait 7 hours, i'd say all was just ok
