Crew was just ok. Flight was packed. On a 3/4 hour flight I would hope they would come around more than once to see if you needed anything further. Not very attentive.

After 14 hour delaybwith departure time changed 9 times then announcing the flight was canceled. Another later announcement said the cancelation was in error. Also after paying a higher fare to leave in the afternoon then departing at 4am was not right.

I cannot say this enough, I NEVER BOARDED OR HAVE HAD ANY TRAVEL IN THE PAST YEAR. However your app says ive been traveling a lot lately. GET REAL HUMANS TO GIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

late lack information taney changed my sit even after i had checked i. a day prior and had been at airport checked in for 5 hrs. i have medical condition that i need to sit in aisle but changes to window. only apparent at boarding and they had no explanation why they changed my boarding pass and had no other seats. very bizarre, uncaring and disrespectful. Made my trip very challenging I should sue you. will NEVEr fly JB again. Ever. Would have blasted in social media but did not want to disclose my medical disability.

The plane smelled bad, the temperature in the plane was over 75 with times over 80. Jet blue tried to mask the smell of armpits married with butt. Overall mediocre. Crew was nice

Did not wait long for wheelchair and attendant to arrive after checking in. Wheeled down to plane Was greeted with a smile when entering the plane Choice of snacks was very limited to 2 items.

Our actual Flight was great & smooth but it was delayed for 4 hours and Jetblue weren't able to accommodate us in the earlier flight. That was Awful. I lost work/clients because of this delay

I didn't like the 2 hour delay and then mechanical issue once we were on board.

Theres several thing i will like to mention and please share this feedback with JetBlue. I was concerned that the food options were limited. Theres no vegetarian options on the sandwiches that they offer on board. Vegetarian options are limited to only cheese and crackers,. Specially on mid day flights there should be more options offered to people. Second comment is that during the flight I watched TWO movies without audio, I tried a few ear sets to listen and none of them worked. Its a shame that they were good movies however no audio. Maybe updating the auxiliary cable and making Bluetooth connections on media will be great. Finally, the bathroom on the plane looked like they needed an update, being remodeled or changed. They look dirty however they are not. Maybe changing, replacing some pieces and updating the air filters will be great. This is not an aesthetic recommendation however a necessary one.

I expected the plane to be as the one I took from manaos to Bogota and unfortunately it wasn’t as nice, the sits didn’t recline and there was not onboard entertainment.

I don't think anyone actually reads these comments, so I won't spend much time on this submission. If you want to talk, you know how to reach me. The D/FW manager of Avianca (self-identified), Juan Calderon, insisted I buy an onward ticket from San Salvador even though I have diplomatic status in El Salvador and live here. It cost me $1,393 and Mr Calderon would not let me make the ticked flexible so I could get a refund. He went out of his way to be rude to me. He gave me seat 32K -- windowless window seat in the last row and did not offer to let me upgrade even though there were plenty of seats. I have flown well over a million miles in my life and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I would like a refund on the ticket I was forced to buy. Just awful!

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

I flew with my service dog unfortunately they didn’t allow it to flight on the canine, but ok, the only problem was that when I arrived to Quito it took 1 hour to deliver my dog, they were supposed to deliver it the moment we get off the airplane.

No complimentary food and beverage (water, soda, coffe) is offered for a six and a half hours long international flight, not even in premium economy, just to try to squeeze a few more dollars out of the passengers. Same happened in the connecting flight, which was three and a half hours long (Bogota x Miami). First and last time flying with Avianca.

The flight was overbooked and the solution gave was unrespctful. I arrived 4 hour in advance in the airport and only after 2hous was possible suggest a different ticket with another company LATAM, I have accepted, but when I was checking in at LATAM the tickets was issued without luggage, what it is absurd since I have bought my tickets including it since the beginning. Due to the timing for the next flight was not possible return to Avianca to claim due to the distance between Both companies Avianca and Latam since were located in different terminals. I have insiste to the crew of Latam to call Avianca to solve it, but they could help they were alleging that only paying a thousand pesos Mexicans ($1,000 MXN) to dispatch my luggage would be accepted and I have no money at all. So I had to beg for others passagens, it was an humiliating to exchange luggage with who was platinum in order to return back the luggage in the connection airport in Brazil (GRU). I have no clue that a judicial process would be taken from my side due the lots of stress in sequence by the non professional treatment with a passenger that was just following everything said by Avianca.. Long hours of waiting until next flight and only arrive at final destine in 6hs later..

Avianca was organized in boarding and disembarking and all announcements were made in both Spanish and English 👍🏼

50% of flights book with Avanca have issues either reschedualed cancelled and their actions further supports their poorly managed airline do not use them only if there is no other options

Pros: "my flight going to Peru was disappointing the entertainment unit in front of me did not work I tried to get help from the steFf but they just smile and walk away service was terrible on my way back from Peru the plane broke down in Bogotá Columbia we were trapped inside the plane for three hours with no air-conditioning we disembarked and they offered us to stay in a hotel but the hotel voucher took a very long time to receive we ended up going to the hotel at 3 o’clock in the morning to get up at 5 o’clock in the morning for the return flights very disappointed will not fly Avianca again"

Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight

The flight was scheduled to depart DCA at 12:30 pm but was delayed twice on the ground so that we were finally scheduled to depart at around 4:00 pm. Once we boarded, it was announced that takeoff would be delayed again to fix a hydraulic problem which delayed our eventual takeoff until around 5:00 pm. Once we departed, it was a smooth flight back to ORD. We did not get any explanation about what caused the original significant delay. In my experience, this happens frequently with AA.

The usual wait at Columbus once you land to get to an open gate (20 minutes) and then the usual 30 minutes for your luggage to appear.

After my luggage was grabbed by another passenger, by accident, I chose to speak with the American Airlines staff within the airport. Not only was the customer support staff uninformed but also very argumentative, making this situation harder to deal with. I was only able to finally retrieve my luggage thanks to the passenger who took it contacting me due to the tags on the luggage. All of this was happening during another 2 hour delay and 3 gate changes. Horrible airline with disgusting, on the ground, customer support staff.

There were 3-4 delays on this flight—we almost missed our connection.

Closed the doors on 9 people rushing through the airport for the flight with delays all over the AA terminal. Ended up reopening the gate after 10 minutes and stressing the customers who had all sat on the tarmac for 30-40 minutes with bottleneck AA traffic. Discourteous and unprofessional staff at the gate initially. Worse experience with AA ever. Okay on the plane. Pilot was fine through tough weather.

They needed to de-ice the plane. Apparently airlines have a problem keeping their de-icing vehicles in good repair. After we backed away from the gate we sat and didn't move for nearly an hour. Nearly an HOUR with minimal communication from the flight crew. Eventually the sun took care of what American Airlines could not and melted the minimal ice. We finally took of a hour late which, in turn, jacked up our connection in Chicago.

Unfortunately we had turbulence because of the weather and when we were about to land in Miami, the pilot brought the aircraft quickly up because another plane was in its way. The pilot was remarkable however we weren’t told until we started our second descent. Our flight was GOOD. The flight from Miami to Hartford was packed, so many people. It was late at night and we were tired and just wanted to be home. Obviously, the aviation staff preformed well.

My trip was delayed for more than 3 hours without any explanation. Also I have a business meeting that I lost.

My girlfriend missed her flight to Aruba so she had to book a new flight down and American cancelled her flight back because of missing the flight down, so she had to book a separate flight back also. Pretty ridiculous that she had to book a new round trip for missing her initial departure.

Our flight was delayed two hours. We nearly missed our connecting flight and had to rush across the airport with little kids and all their luggage. They didn’t give us enough time to walk from one gate to the other, then when we got on, we waited another half hour while the crew loaded cargo. It seems like they could have given passengers more time if they had cargo to load anyway.

They took a horrible route with a lot of turbulence and I eneded up getting sick. Even if the flight takes longer. Don't put people life at risk just to get to the airport on time.

Flights are great except for the ticketing service on the terminal.. Too little employees taking care for lots of flights.

Lower price not worth it. Delayed missed connection. Would have taken 24 hours to get to Atlanta. No takes your vouchers making them useless. Never again.

Miserable. The crew was rude, the flight was delayed 5 hours for mechanical reasons and then “weather” even though other planes were leaving.

The flight experience was great. Due to charging for any thing outside of flight i can’t comment on amenities.

There are additional charges for everything including water. If you are unwilling to pay additional charges you are afforded no comfort at all. Seats are smaller than other airlines and do not recline. Schedule changes appear to be customary because you encounter them on departure and return.

They're terrible. 3 to 4 hours delayed. Also they don't even offer you water in the flight. You have to purchase everything. The seats are so uncomfortable. Never again will flight with them.

Pro: The stuff was great. Friendly, patient and caring. Our seat row was clean. The bath room was clean. Our flights were close to on time. Con: The leg room is too small. No blankets or pillows. No entertainment devices at all. I can’t remember to have a food choice. I would fly again with frontier for short distances.

The check in at the airport was awful. Told I need to pay for a bag. The item was taken at screening. I went back to get my $ back and they gave me a coupon with a QR code that doesn’t work. Worst costumer service ever!!!!!

Our flight was on time and unremarkable which I'm grateful for, as it is not the norm traveling these days. Frontier is a low-cost carrier and it really shows when compared to other "normal" carriers. They don't even give you water during the flight. The coach seats are decent, however it was not as clean as it should be. We had crumbs all over the floor by our seats.

I have come to accept Frontier as an absolute no-frills airline, paying for everything I want. A 4.5-hour flight should provide me with a complimentary beverage—rather, $4.9x for a soda. Or a bottle of water ought to be extended at no cost. 4 beers are on the menu, but only 1 type of beer is available (at $9.95). Also, so many restrictions to using a voucher from Barclay‘s Credit Card. Finally, try to reach a live agent for Frontier- impossible!

They didn’t bother to restock the plane before we left, so most items on the menu were not available.

It’s a cheap airline and I wish if they had better seats.

Good - Leg spar, cleanliness, and on time performance. Bad - No snacks and entertainment.

I liked the speed of boarding and getting to destination and flexibility to change seats when available. The flight attendants were very rude, however.

It’s Frontier so they’d charge you for the air you breath if they can work out how but it was on time.

We’ve been sitting waiting for a gate for 30 minutes without explanation. Several of the older flight attendants are very rude.
