landed in panama it was in terminal one. We had to take a bus to terminal two for customs. Then back to terminal one. It was very frustrating. Then, on the way back from panama it was the same situation. We had to go back and forth between terminals to check in and drop our bags and then to board. When we were leaving, we had to wait in line for the boarding area and go through another gate security process. They told the bottles of water and coffee were bought while in line in the airport after we passed the main security. Ridiculous (and expensive). A much better communication system is needed.

Crew was just ok. Flight was packed. On a 3/4 hour flight I would hope they would come around more than once to see if you needed anything further. Not very attentive.

Good, just some of the staffs have such a bad attitude.

Check in machines at airport didn't work in both directions. Always needed manual intervention by an agent, which was very frustrating

The pilots were awesome and got us there early. Great landing too. No complaints on the flight. Service - a young cabin crew woman was terrible as she seemed to hate her job and never smiled. Why do they hire people like that? Terrible. The cabin crew lead woman was wonderful - very professional (and more mature go figure)

One of the worst experience. People from Saudi in general show nasty attitudes. They act like they own us. Or the world is theirs. Rude behaviors aren't acceptable. They have a bad accident and don't even know how to speak properly but they blame me for that and makes fun of me and laughs when I said I'm going to BANGLADESH.

On the new 319 NEO? seatback entertainment system did not work even when the flight attendant rebooted it. At least I had my cell phone to connect with wifi.

IT NEVER LEFT! We were supposed to leave at 5:03 on March 23rd. We were delayed an hour, boarded the plane, delayed again because of rocket launches in Miami, then we were informed that our pilots "timed out" and the flight was cancelled. We were de-boarded and had to find emergency accommodations at this understaffed, un-airconditioned, nightmare of an airport. We were notified that the flight would leave at 9am on Sunday the 24th, when we arrived it was delayed to 12:15pm, we waited in line for over 1.50 to get checked in, during that time it was delayed again to 2pm, then an hour later it was delayed to 3pm, then 5pm, then 6pm, then 7pm. We were told it was pilot timing issues, then rockets, then plane parts, then a mechanic, then weather, then we stopped receiving any excuses at all. There were two flights with almost identical flight numbers 879 and 879P, the AA staff at the airport told half of of us that 879P was cancelled, but apparently it was 879 that was cancelled. They held us in this overcrowded, unairconditioned airport, with no working outlets, and no wifi, for over 8 hours on Sunday. We had to demand our luggage be removed from the plane. For a second night we had to find accommodations. We ended up at a resort that cost over $2000 a night just to find sufficient room for our family. We booked a Delta flight for Monday morning and finally got back stateside with ZERO issues. We're working on getting reimbursement for our expenses which total over $6,000 for the two nights of being stuck there and having to book another airline last minute. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE.

Let me start by saying our connecting flight was cancelled for a maintenance issue but American airlines blamed it on the weather. When rebooking my flight the lady said it was because of maintenance. Our incoming flight wasn't delayed at that time. So we could fly into bad weather but not fly out of bad weather??? Doesn't seem realistic to me. Then our incoming flight was delayed 3 different times. No meal vouchers for lunch or dinner. Just to be on the hottest plane I have ever been on and they didn't serve water or snacks. Never again! Take this warning do not fly AA ever. There are over 3,000 people at the Miami airport due to 27 cancellations. The flight attendants and pilots should be fired.

Their computers were down upon arrival to the airport. They were unable to figure out how to board us. We were delayed over an hour and a half.

Seats are so small now that if you are in a middle seat, you will likely have your neighbors arm, leg or shoulder in your space. Even in an Economy Plus seat, the width of the seat is only for average people. I’m small and shared my full fare seat with the large man next to me

The experience with American Airlines was terrible from beginning to end. Flight 1210 from Cancun to Charlotte was delayed three times. AA customer service at the CUN airport could not provide information on why or how to accommodate me if I missed my connecting flight at CLT due to the delays. Upon arrival to CLT, de-boarding the plane was a horrible experience. You all should have allowed passengers with departing connecting flights within the hour, to get off the plane first! It caused so many passengers to lose valuable time waiting to get off the plane, and then the long lines in customs! American Airlines knew passengers had to make connecting flights and still chose not to hold the plane? I missed Flight 2758 from CLT to DCA for that reason. Waiting three more hours for the next - Flight 1269 from CLT to DCA. Once again another delay at the last possible minute before boarding due to the plane going out of service/maintenance. Once the new plane boarded, we sat on the tarmac for 40min. I did not arrive to DCA until 12:33am. I spent over 12hours at the airport and I plan to never fly American Airlines again.

Very disappointed with the crew and the lack of attention given to the passengers. On a 5 hour flight they never offered a snack. One time offered a beverage and didn’t pick up the used cups until the flight was on final approach. The two flight attendants in our section mentioned that they were best friends and compared their pre flight shoes. When paying for first/business class there is a level of service that should be expected. These two spent the majority of the flight in their seats playing on their phones and laughing with each other. Very frustrating!!!

Don't fly with American Airlines. My flight out was canceled and the only way I could get close was to go to a different airport and pay a lot of money on train tickets and lose my rental car. On the way back it was delayed and then we sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate before they made us deplane go to a new gate wait an hour and reboard. Both of the flights were due to mechanical issues with nothing offered to travelers.

Flight got delayed 1 hour from 1145 pm to 1245 am the another hour to 145 am just for them to cancel our flight. Waited until we gave up at 4 and decided to take an uber to a hotel since it was taking too long for them to provide us with one.

I paid extra for a comfortable seat in the second flight, but the plane didn't have those seats, the first one did

The Arajet person who greeted us initially was unhelpful & rude about the mandatory migration form which has to be completed digitally but the systems don’t work properly. The boarding gate was changed twice and initial boarding was delayed. Once on board we we had to wait an hour and a half before take off. It was hot and there was very little room for tall-ish people to fit their knees in. The crew were pleasant but working in a poor situation. The plane was delayed because we were waiting for people from a delayed interconnecting flight. Arajet must have known that before we were asked to board. Better information, decisions & communication were needed.

Unfortunately not great, my flight was canceled with no notice given. I attempted to reach out to spirit airlines and have yet to receive any correspondence. I then had to book a new flight at two times the cost of the original.

Do I need to call them or will you handle my complaint ? I paid for one carry-on bag. my email said up to 50 pounds when I got to the counter they charged me $79 more for my 48 pound bag!!! they said nope only 40 pounds. My email says 50 pounds. !!! I’m out another $79!!!

Changing flights days after confirming an itenerary and moving a connecting flight to the next day which resulted in the layover extending from 2hrs to 10 hrs was a great inconvienience and burden to passenger
