Wonderful service, planes and interior in great condition, very pleasant experience
The premium economy seats were not that great. It could have been more premium than economy seats.
People were so nice! Economy seats were small and cramped feeling for me. I’m slender and 6 feet tall
A pc of cake or biscuit at least. The airport was like a maze need to take another bus to the main terminal to immigration.
They close their counter so early. I had internet issues so I couldn’t check In online . I would have made the flight but their counter was closed 5 minutes before we arrived. No way of contacting them even though I had the confirmation number and tried to check in the night before on someone else’s phone. I tried calling their customer service with no pick up. Horrible experience, I’m very unhappy with them. I hope to never fly with them ever again. It costed me almost $900.
Even though it was a very full flight, the service was still excellent, the plane did not feel too cramped and cabin crew made a sincere effort to help passengers find overhead space for stowing luggage.
I did not like anything. Flight experience was bad overall.
The stewardess was very helpful all the way. My seat had an issue with headphones and after the replaced and gave me a new pair and noticed it was the seat I got a new chair to sit and a great ride back home
The seat comfort, the food and of course the crew, they made you feel welcome and relaxed 😊
The overall operation needs to be improved. The in-flight services took forever and sometimes ran out of options.
Excellent. Planes are a little older and could get some refurbishment, but besides that everything was excellent.
I cancelled the flights in good time but could only get a partial refund. I was not warned of this.
we were upgraded which was a blessing and tender mercy for us. I fell the day before and was in extreme pain from knee to shoulder. Sitting in a more comfortable seat during the flight was an unexpected blessing and experience.
My seat was sold off to someone else. Had to wait 9 hours to catch the next filght. Definitely will never use Cathay Pacific again. Bad, very bad airline. will comment on google reviews too.
Seats were very comfortable. Crew were excellent. Food very good.

The coffee in Premium economy and economy is terrible. That's it. Everything else is great

I felt thirsty and asked the flight attendent for water, but no one came for more than half an hour.
The crew were fine. I didn’t enjoy the food at all. I found it unappetising and really had trouble eating it. The comfort level was fine and our return flight is with Cathay Pacific but honestly I probably wouldn’t fly Cathay Pacific again.
The crews at check in counter are not professional, they are talking and playing around. Also no entertainment on the plane
2 failed landing attemps before going to Nagoya airport for refueling. After 3 hours of taxiing, we still needed 3 attemps before a succeeded landing (after the 5th attempt finally!). In total, 11 hours inside the plane instead of 4h30, and with only a crappy piece of bread to feed us. A shame.

Pros: "This airline is going out of business in the US. They have had great fares from LAX to Hong Kong and Bangkok. It seems the airline has been mismanaged or has had political restraints despite always being full. I was lucky to purchase the last roundtrip flight LAX HKG BKK before the online bookings were pulled for the LAX route. Hence, my flight to HKG and the return to LAX were empty flights, which is such a loss for an already dying airline. The crew were still polite and hardworking unlike US airlines."

Pros: "A little bit better with the service but the opportunity to be great like the other airlines I experienced was missing. To be honest the plane was one of the newest model around but looking and observing at the seats and restrooms, etc, I was not impressed. I feel like it was so cheaply done and maintenance was so poor."
Cons: "Offering cheap fares does not mean poor service and being treated with rudeness and so so service. In every year that I travel, I try different airlines to see and experience. I say that this experience is the worst and will be forever be embedded/marked on my list. They should look into service more to make up for other shortcomings I observed. Really felt bad not for me but for the other people who also got mistreated with the crews rudeness and their mean attitude towards work and guest. I work in a service Industry and all I can say they are not even at par to our lowest standards in what we do at our work."

First time I flew with this airlines and It was super disappointment that I got from the crew. The airplane was newer but they could be better. They can learn better service from other airlines I booked with. Also, better quality of overall experience."

The flight was cancelled without any reason. But the next flight to Shanghai has to be cancelled to pay penalty.

You’re in the three parts of my life, the China Eastern air crew remembered and wish me happy birthday. I was given pastries on two different occasions and a complementary drink. The stew is wish me happy birthday and gave me a birthday card. Everything was first class. Thank you.
2 hours delay on the 1st plane out of the day!!!!!
Multiple delays, with no explanation. Caused us to almost miss our connector. The airline made no effort when we arrived in Shanghai to help us make it to our next flight with the same airline.

The flight was delayed for almost 5 hours, but I understand that it was not up to the company, however how they could handle the situation better, they never apologized for that delay, moreover despite passengers being there for 7 hours only thing they did was to give a bowl of instant noodles, afterwards on the plane tiny snacks, people were there starting from lunch time and we’ve arrived to destination at almost midnight
Flight was delayed for 2 hours for no reason, then we spent almost an hour after boarding because of the weather conditions. If we left on time we could avoid that 😾

Cons: "Missed connection from PEK to XIY due to delayed arrival and early departure. From XIY to PEK, booked and confirmed 11 departure, changed to 12:30 without notification or explaination. Rushed connections at PEK, pretty much ran from the minute left plan to another terminal, through custom, through all the health check points, security check. Just keep the fights on time and keep the original schedules, not arbitrarily change them."

Cons: "Even for business class there is no TV screen on each seat. Just one small TV screen on the ceiling for a few rows to share. It would be much better with TV screen on each seat. I was sitting in the first row business class and the air hostess skipped me and didn’t give me a slipper. She gave me a used slipper at the end only without a packet. This is unprofessional to treat a business class passenger"
