I was happy to be seated with my teen daughter. On my arrival flight we were not together. Drink choices were great. Food was ok. Lots of entertainment options. Pilot communicated well and gave us a heads up about wind and turbulence. Made it less anxious.

The leg space between me and the seat in front of me was excellent.

No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.

Poor seating comfort, seat cushion too thin, very uncomfortable. My luggage didi not make the flight due to equipment change. At least. United had it delivered the next day. I was without my toilet items for one day.

The crew was nice but the people going to Orange County are so entitled. Everyone thinks everything is suppose for be perfect for them. Tough crowd.

Textbook great flight. On-time departure and arrival, clean plane, good food, friendly flight attendants. Checked baggage delivered promptly.

Worst and most inattentive in-flight service I've ever had.

You have got to come up with a better way of getting connecting flight people off the plane first. Flying doesn’t bring out the best in people but exiting off a plane rules needs to come from management, not from the expectation that passengers will be “kind” and let them off first. Perhaps exiting in zones? Like boarding? Zone 1 exits are connecting people. This frustration led to many people missing their flights or scrambling. We were delayed leaving the first leg which amplified this.

I had a great flight experience on United Airlines. This was my first time flying on United and i have nothing negative to say. As a person with a visual disability, I received reasonable accommodations. The flight crew was friendly and attentive in helping me and communicating safety protocols. I really appreciate that they came to speak with me. I felt safe and comfortable flying on United. I also liked their snacks! They taste much better than the snacks offered by other airlines.

Seat 14K (business class) had no cushion / would not inflate. It was like sitting on a stone bench the whole flight. Sleeping was impossible.

Short flight so not much to rate. Surprised I had to pay for a soda.

the room on the plane was good but that is because flight not sold the other three seat and I had room. the food in terrible.

First the price I paid was excellent, my flight was full, but my seat was roomy. The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature.

Crew was fantastic got lovely food and plenty of water. Entertainment was good. Never had to ask for anything. Left on time and got to Seattle early. Luggage did not take long either.

Always find Aer Lingus reliable and good value for money. Food on this flight was pretty basic and the headphone Jack at my seat only worked for one ear. Little disappointed in movie selection, limited on recent releases. Staff are okay - but I always buy a cheap ticket so not like I expect first class opulence anyway!!!

Boarding was so quick, flight was ahead of time which is great and the pilot spoke clearly and was letting people know everything, amazing, love travelling with you 😊

While this flight from Dublin to Venice boarded on time, its departure was delayed by about an hour because, apparently, there were no demonstration kits on board, and we couldn't depart until the safety demonstration was completed. We were informed that we were in danger of losing our delayed slot if Ryanair engineering didn't provide the kits 'soon', which would have resulted in an additional two-hour delay. Thankfully, we didn't incur that additional delay. It's not clear where the source of this problem lies but it needs to be addressed to ensure it does not recur for other flights in the future.

Usual RyanAir flight but disembarking was poor, no rear steps. The Faro Airport required lots of up step and down steps, no elevator Getting through passport control took 50 minutes in the EU line

This was an American Airlines flight. The crew were very unhappy and quite grumpy. Abrupt to the point of being rude. The food was dreadful. Indeed the breakfast was in edible. I will avoid AA at all costs in the future.

Everything was great except for online checkin. That was through BA- glitchy and needed help on seat choice in person at the airport (and the staff were fantastic). Unclear if the problem is due to booking lower fare thru kayak vs directly with Finnair or BA but seems to be the norm.

Seated in business class. Bed too hard and no comforter. Way too many seats in business class for number of crew so never felt particularly looked after.

The crew was great but we sat in the plane for over an hour before takeoff combined with a 4 hour delay on our previous flight caused us to miss planned scheduled meetings in Geneva.

It was the most uncomfortable flight I have ever had , it was a nightmare ,the seats were narrow and I was very cramped, the food was awful, there was over weight person seating next to me or should I say seating on my lap.Most of her was overflowing onto my seat .For 6 hours I endured this gulag like conditions. I will never ever book any flight with British Airlines

Awful flight. My pre-booked seat was given to a crew member and I was substituted with an awful seat next to the toilet. When I asked about it I was treated with contempt for daring to ask. Par for the course on BA at present.

The 1st flight was delayed by 7h. We missed the connection flight. They rebooked us another flight after 8 hours lay over and we had to take another connection flight after 6 hour lay over. Overall experience was horrible
