The first class flight itself was first class, however getting to the airport and getting through the airport was agony. The BA flight sat on the taxiway for ages and caused us to miss our connecting flight which meant half a day lost. Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!
This was a late night flight but the lights was on all the time and kids were screaming and many people were so loud. I was expecting to have a little rest on the plane considering it is late night but this way I couldn't. I think if at least the light would've been off / lower then people could feel they should be quieter.

I was called up at the gate not knowing why and then handed over my passport and was told I was being upgraded from Premier economy to Business class and it was wonderful. I've never been upgraded before and it was such a pleasant experience.

Messed about all day by airport staff. BA staff onsite refused to help, while we were with airport police regarding a theft. Had to pay £300 for new flights, and the new flight was 3 hours late leaving. Horrific
This flight had seats that were more comfortable than the trans-Atlantic flight I had come on. Boarding, however, was atrocious. There was no point in boarding groups since everyone ended up on the same bus to get on the plane. And the bus ride took forever to get to the plane. The snacks can barely even qualify as snacks. Make sure you bring your own or eat before getting on,
The crew were competent and all seemed to enjoy their job and the only shiny part of the trip. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the video machines very hard to work and had dated offerings. The air conditioning was like a refrigerator even with 4 blankets. The food was propbably the worst airline food I have had in years.
