I do not read or speak in Spanish. Only English. When asking for help, the people spoke quickly in English and pointed a lot. I wish they would’ve spoken a little slower for me to understand. There was much confusion and hurried in their message and I was unclear as to where to go

It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t
It’s been some time since I saw the plane and the cabin that old and worn out.
I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing
Terrible They charged me 157$ for excess baggage even though my bags were within the normally accepted limits Flight was late. Service was poor. The snacks were really bad
We had 2 delayed LATAM flights in our trip. We were only given one coffee for 5 hours delay. Also when we were boarding the crew wanted to charge us for our allowed carry on luggage. I got a bit angry and they finally didn’t charge anything. Not flying with LATAM again.
The flight was overbooked and the solution gave was unrespctful. I arrived 4 hour in advance in the airport and only after 2hous was possible suggest a different ticket with another company LATAM, I have accepted, but when I was checking in at LATAM the tickets was issued without luggage, what it is absurd since I have bought my tickets including it since the beginning. Due to the timing for the next flight was not possible return to Avianca to claim due to the distance between Both companies Avianca and Latam since were located in different terminals. I have insiste to the crew of Latam to call Avianca to solve it, but they could help they were alleging that only paying a thousand pesos Mexicans ($1,000 MXN) to dispatch my luggage would be accepted and I have no money at all. So I had to beg for others passagens, it was an humiliating to exchange luggage with who was platinum in order to return back the luggage in the connection airport in Brazil (GRU). I have no clue that a judicial process would be taken from my side due the lots of stress in sequence by the non professional treatment with a passenger that was just following everything said by Avianca.. Long hours of waiting until next flight and only arrive at final destine in 6hs later..
The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.
They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket
Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.
Good aorcraft 777 but Worst food ever Breakfast was a bû’with matonnaise… Staff was nice but invisible most of the flight
Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.
No bording was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.
We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came
Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.
Crew was professional. Boarding has few seats . Since the plane was not full would have been nice to change seat on the internet
Sky priority means you get to use the KLM business Lounge.
Service and food are good. However, main cabin with the extra cost one pays could be better. I don't see any difference with the rest of the seats in the regular category. The seats are too close to the ones in front. For short flights it is Ok, but for long ones there should be more space.
As with every airline the seats are not built for tall people.
Fast check in, easy to navigate, crew were very good, the plane was delayed due to a previous flight and I found the cleanliness a little lacking but overall it was fine
I would not fly with BA again. Packed in like sardines, constant request to turn down air conditioning due to freezing cold for hours and the food was pretty to look at but tasteless!

Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate
I called prior to flying to confirm our baggage allowance which was 5 bags. On our outbound flight thee were no problems. On the return flight we were charged for each bag totaling $400! We are working with customer service to resolve the issue.
Late boarding. Delayed departure leading to rushed connection at Madrid Barajas. Not necessarily Iberia's fault but delay loading cargo didn't help.
Everything was fantastic except the Iberia website and app… they left a lot of questions and induced much stress. But once on the plane, all was awesome.
Everything was great, except the food, which could have been flavorful.
Was delayed, did not end up flying to Victoria. Was not offered alternative accomodation or travel. Very dissapointed. Had to pay out of pocket for taxi, ferry, food etc.
Great experience on this Air Canada flight. Everyone was polite and respectful, even the passengers are very polite.
Lost my bag. My first ever flight with them that they forced me to gate check my bag on, due to them having a 30 year old plane with small carry on bins, and they lost my bag. Never again.
Crew members were very polite and prompt in service. Cooling was very comfortable for a long journey but it's seats were stiff which are uncomfortable for a long travel
New Airbus 220 with all the amenities. Not sure why hot beverages were not served as flight turned out to be very smooth…
Notice to check in on my phone. When I tried it kept sending me to there employment website Larger gentleman in window seat over lapped into mine Forcing me to sit sideways or lean into the isle WHAT A PATHETICALLY DESIGNED AIRPLANE!!! All staff were great I dealt with

I like air Canada. Very efficient… all on time and staff v good and engaging. If I have a criticism it’s that despite being provided with a gluten free meal (which was fine), there were none of the snacks that other passengers received (or a gluten free version) meaning that I was really very hungry but the something else was provided (after a 6-7 hour wait). I’m sure they could be a little more creative.
Ease of boarding, take off and landing. Unable to watch movies
Crew was amazing. The seats give me a sore neck for days upon arrival to my destination. Perhaps Business Class seats are designed differently. I’m 5’4”, the neck portion of the seat may hit me strangely for my height range.
We paid to have overhead carry-on baggage. When we got to the gate we were told that our carry on bags would need to be checked and go below because the flight was full. Notably we were nowhere near the last people to board and about 30 other passengers also had to check their carry-on bags. Other than that the flight was fine.
Very bad plain although I paid A business class ticket I was stuck in a stiff fixed seat without any entertainment or Wi Fi for 5 hours I will never ever book a flight on British airline.
Self check in Kiosk did not recognize that I had prepaid for my luggage. This caused a 40 minute delay even though I had my British Airways email receipt for the prepaid luggage.
Crew were very friendly and helpful. They explained to us in detail the delay in our takeoff due to the storm that rolled in from Belfast and did their best to make up the time. Always great to fly BA!

The crew on board were all very pleasant and happy to help. The flight had the old business class seats. The departure board in the business lounge did not update and kept on saying ' gate open' but never said boarding. When I got nervous about the departure time and walked to the gate I was told off rudely for being late.
Offered vegetable curry when it was actually tofu which I don’t care for.
