Updated, but a 1970's design Holiday Inn
They did a nice job of updating some of the common areas and had a very nice indoor recreation area with table tennis, a pool / jacuz and mini golf. The staff was nice and helpful.
They need to update the HVAC system. Even though the outside wasn't Houston or DC humid, the room was very damp including making the carpet feel wet.

Staff was great and it closely resembled a Holiday Inn (which it was previously). I liked that they provided my bill under my door the morning of check out, just like at HI.
