Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot and access major attractions. Some reviewers also mention friendly and helpful staff. However, there are frequent complaints about small and cramped rooms, cleanliness issues, and steep, narrow stairs. Bed comfort and service receive mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others disappointed. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its value and convenience, but improvements in room size and cleanliness would enhance the experience.
