Great service, clean and safe, great facilities.
Cleaning service could be better.
Slept well in a good bed with a view (before I fell asleep and after I woke up, obviously) to a most beautiful city. Friendly and hospitable staff, building with character)
a watercooker would have been nice to make some coffee, but that would be a bonus, didn't really miss one.
It’s trendy and in a good location not too far from central Amsterdam. Staff were helpful and friendly. It has parking and next to metro station. There is a rooftop spa but it was unfortunately closed when we visited.
There was dry lipstick mark on 1 of the towels.
The staff at reception were friendly and superb and went out of their way to assist and provide helpful suggestions. Clean room with comfortable beds. Good views of Amsterdam. Short walk to train station and easily accessible from airport by the good public transport in Amsterdam. Supermarket also accessible. Easy check-in and check-out.
Location, easy going hotel, nice bar, live band, club at the basement
We left the card out for our room to be cleaned, came back to find it been put down and room wasn’t cleaned.
