Staff are friendly

Some staff they dont understand properly. The food not cooked properly. My partner was order a fish but still frozen , he really disappointed. Rob & Jhuvey room 227

Spacious Rooms and nice multiple balconies. We booked through Hotels.com with no guarantee of our requests for 4th floor and/or ocean view. When checking in we asked for an ocean view. Reception said none available but a pool view was. When we looked at the room there was no pool view, so we were disappointed but after settling in & opening blinds, we did in fact have an Ocean view from our bedroom and the 3rd balcony overlooked a lovely tree filled yard (with bird & squirrels) - Great views, just a shame that reception did not know this and tell us at check in.

There is a kitchen but very little kitchenware - ie. glasses.

Location is very good, cutomer service and staff is nice, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Gardens are lovely.

It's hard to move around with stroller as there're stairs everywhere. Not enough funs/ A/C at breakfast area. Depending on the room you get, could be a little noisy.

Lovely lobby, beautiful gardens, nice main pool, gorgeous infinity pool and bar area. Good food and noy ridiculously expensive. Excellent location and modern clean rooms. Beds were huge and soo comfortable.

The bathrrom looked unfinished as the walls near the toilet are painted yellow while the rest of the bathroom was tiled. It cheapened the bathroom. Also the shower head is too big and powerful for the small space and water went everywhere whenever we used it.

Very friendly staff. We ordered a transfer pickup from airport to hotel but it did not showup. Sincere apologies from hotel management were accepted and without asking ourselves, hotel management arranged a transfer to the airport on our departure at their own expense.

Costs for SPA treatments are significantly higher compared to some Spa Salons -not related to hotels- in the near area of the hotel, which have similar facilities.

Nice hotel, good food, nice location...the beach was dirty and needs to be clean with a group of people every day, the hotel should really employ few full time people to do the job of cleaning the beach from all the dirt that gets whashed up on the shore!

The staff are always excellent, very courteous and welcoming. The kids adore the pool table and table tennis table.

The swimming pool is nice!

The staff is not very efficient and friendly. The room was not clean and overall unfinished. The superior room is very noisy, you hear all sound from outside. The food quality is not good and expensive. I definitely don't recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel is a bit 'jaded', 'tired', 'old'. The rooms need renovation, especially the bathroom, with many fixtures not quite in working order.

the staff in loungebar very nice but didnt see when our glass was empty and when we order take a long time when we get the drink.

Hotel was very nice, modern and staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were modern and clean and had good facilities.Good breakfast included also, and pool areas and proximity to beach amazing.

Wifi in room was periodic and only had limited signal. Room could be very noisy in morning with cleaning staff and younger guests outside of room. Otherwise very satisfactory.

The location is perfect: true beach front and 15mins walk from the kuta vibrant centre. so clean, nice gardens, walkways, good pool/bar. the food is perfect and the breakfast can cover lunch and dinner;) we have been upgraded for free as well!!

fantastic service by staff, nothing too much, always called by first name, amazing villas, facilities..

swimming pool was a little bit cold in the villa.

The stay was great, they were pleasant when we asked them for a late check out, and even packed us complimentry early breakfast when we set out early one morning.

The breakfast buffet was classy, although there weren't as many options as you would expect from a five star.

but strong trafic to the kuta beach- it takes 40 minutes in the rush hour.

The Legian is simply a dream. All is fantastic, the location, the rooms, the service, the food. It is a top top top experience.

Staff were unfailingly polite and knowledgeable. Hotel was maintainted and cleaned to a high standard. The spa and gym were first class.

The dining menu has to be improved. No bar in the hotel (they only have the beach bar).

the hotel is not worse to pay even 20 $. Old, no internet in room, no garden. Dark rooms

This is one of the worst place I ever stayed and definitely the worst quality-price deal. The hotel (it is more like a motel) is in the middle of nowhere. The room was dirty (brown spots on the bed sheets and all over the floor and walls) and full of mosquitoes; the bathroom drain was covered on hairs and it flooded after a shower; the air condition did not work. The staff was rude too. Attached to the cafeteria there is a kind of “karaoke” with blackened glasses and loud music on from 8 am, a very weird place.

Nothing would not stay there again
