Pros (+) Ellen- our waitress that served us breakfast was lovely.
Cons (-) Paint in bathroom(above shower) was falling/peeling. Our diffuser (we had a spa room) had mold inside. When I let the front desk know, she gave me a new diffuser and 2 free drink coupons.
