Great staff and service. Good value for money, got a new Opel Corsa in perfect condition. the only down side is that there’s a short shuttle ride from the airport to the agency, shuttle marked with “Yours Car Rental”

It was listed as collection in the airport terminal which is why we picked it, then after booking we were told we had to get a shuttle bus. We had to wait for about 45 mins for the bus to turn up. When we’re denied a refund when asked as we wanted to collect in the terminal. Also when we go there we wanted to take out additional insurance to bring out excess down to 0, but they wanted nearly €30 a day. I’ve rented a lot of cars over the years and this is almost triple what I normally pay. I think they give you a cheap rental price and then fleece you for the insurance. Next time I will pay the extra and go direct with a reputable hire company

Vangelis was fabulous. Communicated to me prior to pickup and was there on time for pickup and drop off. Very friendly and helpful.

Collection at airport was ok but we had to wait for the collection person as they had misunderstood our arrival time. We also had quite an old Audi A3 which was in good condition but had quite an old CD player and radio setup and no mod cons. Comfy though and staff were helpful and efficient.
