Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, beautiful views, and proximity to shops and restaurants. However, many were disappointed by the breakfast quality, lack of staff presence, and inconsistent service, especially after hours. Noise issues were noted in the annex and older buildings, and some rooms were found to be small or uncomfortable. While some guests enjoyed clean and comfortable accommodations, others mentioned worn furnishings and maintenance issues. Overall, the location was the standout feature, but improvements are needed in service, breakfast, and room comfort.
