Nice enough for the price
Pros: Big comfortable beds, nice staff, decent proximity to San Diego sights, good air conditioning
Cons: Few outlets, no hair dryer or shampoo

Cons: Everything. Cigarette burns in the comforter of the nonsmoking room. When I opened the door to get the food I'd had delivered was harassed by someone who claimed I shouldn't have ordered it because he got everything for people at the motel for free (??????) and then informed me he'd be there all night, presumably in the car right outside my window where he was talking to me from. He was gone apparently by the time anyone came to check about it, but still unsettling for fear he might come back, so I was too concerned to leave my room to get ice or anything else. When I realized upon stepping out of the shower that morning that there were no bath towels in the room, I was informed by the front desk that I would have to come down and get them from the front desk. Dried off with the hand towel because what other option did I have? As I was leaving, this heinous stay was capped of by someone being arrested right next door for some drug related offense. Was I expecting the Ritz? No. But for damn near $90 so I'd just have a place to sleep while traveling for business, and not actually getting any sleep? Spare me.
