Great Deal
Check in was a breeze, the room was adequate and the price was unbeatable.
Avoid.
The pressure in the shower was literally the only redeeming quality.
Room still had trash from previous occupant, found door wide open on my second day there with no maid or staff anywhere to be seen, exposed outlet that sparked if plugged into, ceiling tiles falling apart, toilet rocked back and forth, constant children running up and down the walkway screaming and slamming doors at all hours of the night & day, I could go on.
Stay away
Upon arrival I was told that they couldn't find my reservation because their system was down, and I later heard from another guest there that the "system was down" every single time that the guest called to attempt to reconfirm her reservation. The woman who manages the place was apparently never taught simple manners or words like "please" and "thank you," and upon handing me the room key she curtly told me, "NO BREAKFAST" -- which was surprising since the free breakfast was advertised at booking. As I went to the room another couple that was staying there warned me, "I hope you don't have asthma -- this place is disgusting." Fortunately the room itself was not quite THAT bad but there were literally parts of the building that were falling off and hanging over the walkway in front of the rooms. It felt unsafe. Don't expect 24-hour service. Nobody could be found in the front office the next morning. There was just a basket left on the counter with a note indicating to leave the keys in it to check out.
Budget Hotel
I liked the price compared to the other lodges in the area which can be double. It is motel style so you can park right in front of your room. For only a night or two for sleeping purposes only it's fine.
The room was dated and the bathroom was not very clean. The "jacuzzi" tub/shower was weird.
