This hotel is a MESS. The hallways were dark and dirty. They did not keep the doors into the hotel locked at night, anyone could walk in. The breakfast in the morning had not choices, again in a very dark room. Would never stay here again.
Older building with updated finishes. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic- clean and comfortable. The common areas could have used a little more attention. Check in was slow but not unreasonable.
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) The cleaning woman came in our room twice before checkout once at 8:35am as we was still sleeping and again at 9:20 knocked once and slung open the door how rude
Pros (+) Newly redecorated room Breakfast Comfortable bed Friendly staff
Cons (-) Being in the middle of a construction zone. Missing desk lamp Noisy HVAC fan Broken toilet seat
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) The room smelled like urine. The shower and rug were disgusting. When I got to the room, the toilet seat was up as if a male came in to the room to use the toilet after the cleaner had finished. I couldn’t get out of the place fast enough.
Pros (+) Nothing very disappointed
Cons (-) The double room i booked was very small. We were there in the room and we felt on top of each other. The batroom area was small and the shower room was small as well. The front of the room was filled with construction dust. Ôur fo door still had the yellow ribbon around the door.
Pros (+) Staff was extraordinarily nice:)
Cons (-) Litter in the stairwell and hallway. Carpet in need of deep cleaning or replacement.
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) Everything
Pros (+) The beds were comfortable
Cons (-) Bathroom shower stall was disgusting. Grout and tile old discoloration. It may have been clean but hard to tell. We decided to wait for a cleaned location.
