Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, describing it as perfect for exploring the town and close to major attractions. The service, especially from the hosts Blaise and Marie, was consistently highlighted as warm, welcoming, and exceptionally helpful, with many guests appreciating the personal recommendations and assistance. Breakfast in the courtyard was a favorite feature for several reviewers. While most found the rooms comfortable and spacious, a few noted issues with cleanliness and room size in some cases. Overall, the positive atmosphere, attentive service, and prime location made for a memorable stay.

Pros (+) Former French cultural diplomat and family are extremely warm and hospitable and excercise good judgement about everything. Nicely restored house has just a few units over central living and kitchen area.
Cons (-) If you are disabled and unable to climb stairs this place is not for you, however, ALL of St Emilion is pile of rock to climb, and impossible for wheelchairs.
