Cons (-) Hot tub was broken, no extra blankets, heater in room rattled and kept me up all night... they refused to give us a discount or to cancel the room when we found out the hot tub was broken... the whole reason we got the room in the firsrtvolsxw was to relax in the hot tub...

Pros (+) The room was convenient and the hotel was peaceful. Outside surrounded by nature. Bob Evans resturant within walking distance very good food. Gas station and McDonalds too. Nice staff at the hotel. Slept very well. Good TV channels. Great coffee.
Cons (-) The pool ran out of bath towels. We did not ask for more. The breakfast bar had no juice. Decafe coffee empty until morning breakfast.

Cons (-) TV experience was terrible remote control hardly ever worked and a lot of the TV channels came in faded In-and-Out, or didn't come in at all

Pros (+) Beds and bathroom clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was quiet and smooth continuous-run, so it didn't click on and off all night. Thus it was a good nights sleep.

Cons (-) Was placed in handicapped room staff commented that since I booked online with a third party that is what I get. Then the tv channels were all messed up curtains do not shut all the way and to top it off I asked for a wake up call ......did not happen! I have been to this hotel at 4 previous stays Perhaps I will find a different hotel
