Pros (+) Clean, friendly and attentive staff, nice choices for breakfast.
Cons (-) Smoking policy. Not good to have to pass through a dozen smokers to get into the lobby or exit the building. Sends the wrong message to your customers. Make it a smoke free campus or erect a small structure on side of building.
