Pros (+) The location for the wedding we were attending was nice.
Cons (-) The room was clean but felt like it could have been cleaner/needs a refresh. Stains on both chairs, stains on the bedspread, a ton of marks/nicks on the desk, TV stand, etc. Room felt a bit dark and dreary. Restaurant/bar were closed but its also COVID so I'm sure that is extremely hard to navigate.

Pros (+) The staff was great, hotel was clean and comfortable, easy access from the interstate. Jackson from house keeping went out of the way to make things right, he was wonderful!
Cons (-) While everything was clean, there were several places the carpeting was torn and pulling up, and there were no refrigerators in the rooms, when I asked, I was told they have a few that could be rented, but none were available....has been a long time since I have stayed in a hotel without one, was very surprised that a hotel of this "stature" would not have them...plenty of space available in the r...

Pros (+) My daughter loved the complimentary spa items; I hated them because I hate essential oils. ImpressI've hotel for the price.
Cons (-) When we arrived around 12:30pm Wednesday there was a room service tray outside of a door down the hall. Thursday morning it was still there, and the strawberry was so fuzzy with mold, I have to believe it had been there for days. It was gone by Thursday afternoon, however.
