Pros (+) We booked the hotel online and weren't sure what to expect on our first trip to Xi'an. The hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing, the room was amazing, we couldn't have hoped for anything more.
Cons (-) Our room was overly warm, though we didn't bother to ask if that could be fixed.
