Pros:Everything was fairly comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Cons:The entertainment system could have had more options. Announcements do not come through head phones and are not easy to hear.

Cons:A month before departure the flight was cancelled without good reason. due to this we had to book an other ( more expensive ) flight ! ! !

Cons:Flying Air Astana is daylight robbery! They offered me 386,615 Korean Won for an upgrade to business class, which is US dollar equivalent to about $328.64. They charged my credit card $32,864.52. And up to this day, they are not responding to my credit card's dispute with them. This is what I call daylight robbery. I even have the online receipts.

Pros:Almaty airport needs to be improved and pictures on Air Astana web are much better than real ones. Also check in counter personals are really unskilled.

Pros:Flight was on time. Good food.
Cons:Flight timing in the middle of the night was horrible. While the seat would have been fine for a day-time flight, it was most uncomfortable to try and sleep in for an overnight flight. What made it worse that the man sitting next to me spilled over into my area.
