At the airport they posted on the board at 12:55 boardind closed instead of boarding slone and we had to run our heart to the gate to find it was a mistake!! It was just starting to board

Mixed boarding: there was no priority line. The lady at the check in didn’t know the different types of silver or gold membership she didn’t put the luggage in priority . They didn’t mention that the coffee will not be served sfter the lunch so i had to argue to have a coffee. ……

More or less was except able flight not much to complain!

The plane is very clean. Food is acceptable given the short trip. Crew is very friendly .

I am Syrian and I travel over 6 times every year but MEA is proofing it deserves all the respect.

Meat should be of a higher quality or else just serve chicken next time its a safer option … Offering meat is fancy only if the meat is great…

At checkin they said we would board at 11:10, in the end there was nothing on the departure screens until 11:45 (for a 12:10) flight, and then the flight ended up being almost an hour late, and it’s not the first time MEA pull that kind of thing…

A321 is a small aircraft so I think the crew did there best from the point where I was sitting!

Wonderful new plane, very helpful and friendly crew, amazing flight entertainment system, and many other great things. Yet, the knefeh meal I had was so dry and poor to an extent that I was about to shoke with a tiny piece of it entering my airways. Apart from this everything was excellent. Thank you MEA & RHIA !

Don't be afraid if you board an Oman Air Airbus A330 - it will take you to Colombo and not Muskat. The Aircraft is leased by Qatar Airways ;-)

I had first class service from them. A little late taking off, but no major problem

It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.

Too many boarding protocols. Never experienced with other international flights.

I didn't understand why I got dropped off at departures on exiting the plane at Doha aiport. I had to find my own way to immigration/baggage reclaim which wasn't easy as staff in the departure section just tell you ti scan your boarding pass. This was very poor b qatar Airways. I spent 2 hours soyung this out and once I got to get my suitcase it was delayed. So instead of getting to the hotel at about midnight I got there at three in the morning. I wonder why I upgraded to business?

Asian Veng meal have Non Veg items which is not ok. Pure veg meals option are too less and they have inclusion of Vedgan and Lactos etc... which is taste less

The boarding process was unpleasant. We had hardly any checked baggage, but they insisted on weighing the cabin baggage. While the weight of our cabin bag was well within limit, it seemed petty! The food was pretty disgusting. I had such awful food on the way over, that I brought some snacks of my own for the flight back. Glad I did. Qatar was consistent in that food was just as terrible on the way back as it was on the way over. The flight attendants were super-nice, though. If I had an option I would not take Qatar Airways again.

I encountered challenges with the boarding staff during the boarding pass issuance process, leading to disagreements. Despite my agent's information that carrying a small cabin bag along with a separate bag containing my laptop and purse was permitted, the boarding staff did not allow it.

INDIGO connection is extremely bad.. will never book QATAR flight with Indigo connection.. I spend more money on Qatar flight to get better service but Indigo connection is worst than local flights

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

I’m unclear why I had to pay extra for assigned seats as Turkish airlines did not honor the seating. We were placed across the aisle from each other on TK 34, and were seated behind one another on TK 694. Because my name was misspelled on e-ticket (Klawiter, instead of Klawitter) I could not log onto website to get the connection gate number in Istanbul. The monitors in the airport were a jumbled mess 1/2 Arabic and 1/2 English.

They use a smaller international plane and quarters are tighter, space smaller, and the flight is still 12 hours, then fight attendants are ruff, food is bad, cherry juice spilled by flight attendant and she comes back to ask why have we not changed yet could it be we didn’t have any clothes to change into and seat is all wet and we had to sit there for 12 hours

I will avoid this airline as much as possible. Service was rude, and I don’t think the crew knew how to answer a CALL LIGHT. I pushed my call light on the ohare to Istanbul and the Istanbul to Thailand flight because I was very very thirsty. NO ONE CAME. I pushed it twice! NO ONE CAME! Why have a call light when no one will come? My experience was the WORSE AND I WILL NEVER EVER FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE AGAIN. The cabin crew needs to learn MANNERS AND BE RETRAINED on their jobs on how to be helpful and kind instead of being short with their customers and ANSWER CALL LIGHTS! I honestly wouldn’t be suprised this airline goes out of business.

Friendly crew. Computer systems had trouble keeping my Star Alliance status linked to my reservation. Inflight Wi-Fi was slow and expensive. No standard power outlet, but medium-power USB-C port slowly charged my laptop. No option to buy whisky in economy.

Very cheesy food in both options - had to pass. Boarding with open doors (winter)

Did not appreciate being bumped from the seat I selected during checkin the day before the flight by an overbidding fellow passenger… I am also a paying customer Lufthansa!

Meals were nice are abundant, the staff on both flights were personable and well trained

The flight attendants were just awesome. Friendly, professional, timely, etc.

Flight was delayed without reasoning or ample notice. Missed my connecting flight and was not given the rebooking information or new boarding pass until I had to ask multiple times. Connecting flight had no room to store my carry on luggage.

LH lost my luggage and I was told it was going to be delivered to me on the same flight the following day. It took four days.

Very bad turbulence for half of the flight,only 75% of the passengers were served a meal as the turbulence was so bad,crew did a great job.

So, my main complaint about this flight was the boarding process. I was transferring from a flight from India, so had to get some passport checks done before boarding. Unlike other airlines, Lufthansa tried to do the check as part of boarding, greatly slowing down the process. They should have instead, did the passport check earlier, before boarding. Next, we had to take buses to the tarmac to get on the plane. Unfortunately, I witnessed a handicapped person have to walk up the stairs on get into the plane. They had no lift available. This is inexcusable. Also, bussing folks to the plane developed a 45 minute delay, which caused me to miss my connecting flight in Chicago. I have no complaints about the flight itself, except that this was a 747-8 and the entertainment system was dated, which, given they planes are being phased out, will likely not be updated. The staff on the flight was excellent.

Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable

It was like moving cattle around. Very abrupt, uncomfortable and not much hospitality

Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.

I used the airline 5-6 times for the last year and every flight have had perfect timing and I like it. Despite catastrophic absence of space for my legs 😁

The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again

The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.

Cheap and cheerful. It’s a super cheap, no frills flight. Very professional and as it’s an A320 relatively spacious. Seats do not recline. Happy with the service. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain

I had 4 flights for less than a week and there were no delays and issues. Thanks to the crews and for perfectly organised service.
