This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Seriously, every airline needs to improve their boarding procedures. Even though Sky Express boarded the furtheredt seats from the door first, it was still disappointing that it took so long to board.

Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.

A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.

We hope that soon Sky Express will have the entire airplane fleet refreshed. More new airplanes to fill the gap and expand further direct flights to new airports. Crew acts responsibly and kind, which is even more important at this pandemic period.

I was going to miss my connecting flight with sky Express also and the people in the office said they couldn't help me book another flight for the next day, but that I had to wait until anthens and go their office to help me. Other people on staff were friendly though.

Excellent and way much better than the last two flights I made with Swiss and with BA. It is amazing how much difference a well trained and polite team can make. Hats off Volotea !

A technical delay caused us to miss our connecting flight which resulted in an additional nights stay which cost us $225 as well as $800 to get on another flight. Absolute BS. I’ll never fly them again

Very pleasant crew, working hard on a full plane. Delay by a broken seat. However crew made back 60% of the delay.

You booked my 7 year old son to sit on his own without his mum and dad in s separate row between two unfriendly adult strangers. The plane was disgusting and dirty, aisles and everywhere sticky. The lounge waiting area was filthy carpet and had insufficient seats so we had to sit on it to wait for 35 minutes and my 7 year old sone played on this filthy lounge carpet. The outside of the plane appeared clean. The pilot was helpful with the route and what to expect weather etc.

Staff had been really impolite at the boarding area and for both ways charged high extra fees without a reason. For the check-in luggage which was measured 3.5 kg and was confirmed by the stuff to cost 40 € , 60 Euros had been purchased from our credit card. When confronted staff did call us both liars and claimed to never have announced anything. Flight back , when not wanting to press a backpack in a measuring metal instead of hand measuring , staff got angry that one did not follow her order, which was than escalated by the team. Although carrying a baby anyways staff did not offer any help in the unreasonable process and than charged again extra money. Cabine crew has been friendly but this experience LL lead to not booking easy jet at all in the future. Check in process in Edinburgh anyways chaotic,to the family check-in and disabled check-in everybody else was guided for check in process, so people just getting in between each other, not possible to monitor your own stuff.

Plane out was great, one back was cramped. Awful. Thankfully great crew!

The pilot did everything possible to make up the 35 minute delay. His communications were honest, prompt and positive throughout.

Delayed and ketone runway. Was told some nonsense about thunderstorms slowing down flights. Why not just come out and tell customers NATO and BRITISH FORCES were doing defence exercises and were in control of AIR SPACE.
