Cons:Crew members in Amsterdam were very rude and disrespectful

Cons:KLM lost one piece of my luggage
Cons:My girlfriend were scheduled to come back from Marrakech together (albeit on separate reservations), however KLM could not find her reservation in their system and would not let her on the plane. I had to leave her behind in Marrakech. KLM had the audacity to ask her to purchase another ticket, even though she clearly had a valid reservation (how else would she had gotten to Marrakech in the first place?). After arguing with KLM for many hours, they finally booked her on a flight the following day, but refused to put her up in a hotel for the night, or compensate her for the trouble. Completely irresponsible behaviour from KLM. Will never fly with them again.

Cons:old old plane, very uncomfortable. Tiny bad screen made movies pointless
Cons:The flight was a bit delayed, but the airline handled it incredibly well. I was put up in a great hotel with good free food and caught another flight the next morning.
Is nice to travel with this airline
Pros:The flight was perfect! Great food,movies and I even got to sleep !
