budget airline, you get what you pay for but pilots flew great, crew was awesome!
I mostly blame the dreadful Berlin airport, not Norwegian, but we departed in the rain after trekking for a mile to get to the gate, carrying everything including our baby and luggage down a couple flights of stairs and then walking to the plane on the tarmac in the rain and climbing more stairs to enter the hot airplane. The flight itself was fine, but sitting in the cramped chair, soaking wet, baby in lap, also wet, was hard to overcome.
Delays, uncomfortable, and no compensation or free water after being stuck in the plane for more than an hour!
Flight was 1 hour late. The luggages also arrived 45 minutes late.
Ticket desk was really helpful in resolving issues with ticket machine. Reception staff were less than helpful.l and grumpy when issues were highlighted.
The upholstery of our seats (7A+7B) were in bad shape: twisted, hard and uncomfortable. We also had a 55 minutes delay. Apart from that everything was OK.
We arrived on time to our destination and the flight was peaceful (and short!.)
Norwegian ground crew did NOTHING regarding priority boarding. I paid for priority and there was no priority boarding effort made AT ALL at the gate.
I was not well I have got high temperature there for I never made to to airport
The flight from HYD to DOH was delayed by 3 hours and we missed the connection from DOH to MIA. We had to wait 24H more to get the MIA flight. It was a total disaster. If the flight crew had waited 1 more hour to accommodate their 3 hour delayed flight, we would not have lost a whole day !

All good. Over four hours flight if provided snacks like Qatar Airways would be better

The flight was good but my neighbor had the vent open full power for the whole flight and because the air was blowing from the side instead of from the top and I got very cold and ended up with a sore throat.
The staff at the check in lied. I requested aisle seats he said he gave me aisle seats. In actuality he only gave me aisle seat for 2 hour Karachi to Doha flight. From Doha to Dallas flight he gave me middle seat .
Boarding process was terrible. Will not travel Qatar Airways if I had an alternative. The food was one of the worst, even for airline food.
The qatar airways flights were great, the code share with Indigo could have been a lot better. There is no option for web check in, there is not information on the tickets for the INDIGO PNR this caused a problem with security letting us into the airport. The indigo staff did not even want us to line up before they opened the counters. There is not option on the indigo flgith to request special meals.
some sections of airport are too cramped. The screening of luggage was twice and a huge hassle. They kept saying my boarding the for my next flight was in 10 minutes but were dragging the screening too long. having a 2 hour connecting time with this much delays in screenings is not good. They could see I was traveling with special needs kid yet I was" randomly chosen" to be personally screened again.
Food not good as good as last time flew with them
The service is awesome. The food is the best of all the airlines we have flown before. Totally enjoyable flight, which is quite unusual.
On time, great food, good drink selection! Only down was alcohol-free lounge. Lufthansa had a much better offering!
Worst experience with boarding once we left the wheel chair even traveling business we had to wait with all the crowd for the bus to take us to the plane then climb the stairs with our bags When you pay extra for comfort and convenience and you don’t get any is disappointing
Paying extra for premium seats was wasted. Turkish Airlines takes 2 seats for bassinet. The lady next to me had a baby with bassinet Bassinet was in front of my seat

I requested a special meal (kosher) several months ahead of the flight . It was listed on the Turkish air website that I had a kosher meal. In-flight, there was no kosher meal. I was not able to eat during the nearly 8-hour flight. There also was no kosher meal on the second leg of the trip. The flight attendants said there was nothing they could do. They had no idea why the kosher meal was not provided. Very bad meal service.
Business class seats were not comfortable. I have traveled with Turkish Airlines several times and it’s always late. My suitcase was lost. I was in another country and I had to find my way to go back to airport and get my suitcase since it arrived next day after my flight. Really disappointed.
They were hand searching carry on luggage at the gate and I got hand patted down and wanded. We had been through security screenings twice already.. What was up with that? I had to remove iPad and Kindle from the cases too. Otherwise everything else was excellent. Would fly Turkish airlines again.
Friendly staff. This was a short-haul flight with limited snacks. Legroom was...okay, but not great. Seat felt quite narrow.

Food and service were excellent. The lack of seat monitors for movies etc was a negative.
I loved the food. The veggie option was delicious. I also appreciate the sense of sustainability with Airline's choice of packaging. Hosteses were super friendly and courtous. I also appreciate that checked luggage was included with the airfare. The entertainment portal could see some improvements. The touch screen responsiveness in Solitaire game was poor and it doesn't seem to be hardware related as other screen functions were just fine. It was hard to move cards between piles and system skipped cards from the deck. Also, there was no option for winnable vs random draw. Sudoku was cumbersome regarding touch screen, too. In addition, the difference between medium and difficult levels in Sudoku was huge. Medium was actually too easy.
This was my return flight and it was 100% different than my out bound. Better seats and great food for sure. As i was disappointed last time but this time they made up for it
Flight was good but the passport control in airport for outbound passengers was a mess, fortunately they pulled passengers making connections to this flight for expedited processing so we made the connection.
Short flight in an Embraier. Business class seats didn't have leg room, but the rest of the upgraded amenities were great -- priority boarding, great in-flight meal, etc. No wifi nor entertainment, but that's fine for a 1.5hr flight.
Bid process for upgrade is very frustrating. I was notified that I had won the bidding, then was told there was no seat available.
The quality of the food was 👍 excellent , I would have like to have in my meal : eggs and a protein bread, or dark bread , mayonnaise and a big cop for the coffee , cuz I am a coffee lover!
Overall a great experience. I didn’t like that they didn’t assign seats until we arrived at airport. All the employees we interacted with at the airport and on the flight were kind and helpful.
Smooth journey made good time. The aircraft was littered and did not look very presentable.
Staff were very professional. Much better than the outgoing flight from Dublin. Seat cushions were practically non existent. Making for a very uncomfortable flight.
Miserable staff did not want to be there. Very poor atmosphere boarding. Then just basic flight.
Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.
Crowded, little leg room, little lateral room. Hour late, then all funnelled into a small room with a couple of bench seats for 150 people. Most sitting on the floor or standing for 30 mins before chaotic boarding.

Cheap flights as you expect with Ryanair. I would take cheaper flights over entertainment and comfort for short haul travel. Main issue is usually delays at airports. In this case we landed roughly 2hr30 later than planned due to earlier delays with the plane. Not the worst I imagine
The steward acted impolitely to one of the passengers. Rayanair has to solve the issue of accompanied luggage. It is not logical or fair that someone sitting in the front seats(and he paid for that seat) to store his case in the backseat because a passenger in the backseat stored his luggage in the front !!
