Mixed boarding: there was no priority line. The lady at the check in didn’t know the different types of silver or gold membership she didn’t put the luggage in priority . They didn’t mention that the coffee will not be served sfter the lunch so i had to argue to have a coffee. ……

The plane is very clean. Food is acceptable given the short trip. Crew is very friendly .

I am Syrian and I travel over 6 times every year but MEA is proofing it deserves all the respect.

Meat should be of a higher quality or else just serve chicken next time its a safer option … Offering meat is fancy only if the meat is great…

At checkin they said we would board at 11:10, in the end there was nothing on the departure screens until 11:45 (for a 12:10) flight, and then the flight ended up being almost an hour late, and it’s not the first time MEA pull that kind of thing…

A321 is a small aircraft so I think the crew did there best from the point where I was sitting!

Wonderful new plane, very helpful and friendly crew, amazing flight entertainment system, and many other great things. Yet, the knefeh meal I had was so dry and poor to an extent that I was about to shoke with a tiny piece of it entering my airways. Apart from this everything was excellent. Thank you MEA & RHIA !

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Traveling is Okay, but staying in Istanbul, specially Wi-Fi in airport terrible.

Crew announced boarding started and they asked passengers to form a queue. Actual boarding didn’t start and queue was not moving for around 40-50 mins. Very poor management.

It was a terrible airline. The air hostess and the people in the flight, just very rude.

Lot still has not refunded me after they cancelled my flight to India!! Kayak had been awful at getting me this refund too. Will NEVER be using kayak or LOT again.

The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.

I didn’t use Entertainment so, no comments on it. Staff was courteous, efficient and helpful. Wines (I also tried Polish White wine) were really good, so also the food. The accessories provided were good (a goodnight chocolate would have enriched the experience 😀) Originally flight reached before time but we didn’t understand why it was sidelined for almost half an hour and also, luggage was delivered quite late (20-25 minutes) and that too after changing belt! That need not be LOT’s fault! Overall, I would certainly like to travel again with LOT, worth recommending!

Overall good experience. Polite crew. Good foodandentertainment. Seats are small and bit congested though.

I ended up buying (for $340) "extra space" seats because I my flying partner was given a STY boarding pass, leading me to conclude that she was on standby and that we had to buy seats on the flight. I later learned that the flight was not sold out and that we could have gotten on as usual. To be honest, I felt swindled.

I'm Canadian. I have the unfortunate experience of pretty not having the choice to fly with them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

The process overall was pretty seamless, and the crew were very friendly (especially Michael). Considering we booked expecting Lufthansa and the flight was operated by United, it was still a very good service and journey overall. The in-flight entertainment was great, with lots of quality options. One slight negative was that I had selected a vegetarian meal prior to flying, but received a vegan one. I think there should be more dietary options as it meant I missed out on some food that I would have preferred (and it seemed like the standard meals and snacks had a vegetarian option anyway). There was also a group of people who were moving around a lot and being generally disruptive at the quietest part of the flight, when the lights were off and most people were sleeping. I would have appreciated staff stepping in to encourage them to be mindful of others). Towards the end of the flight (which was very early in the morning in both time zones), the lights suddenly came on and breakfast was served. In my opinion, this was too early, and everyone was rudely awoken from sleep. After breakfast was cleared away, the lights went off again for about 45 minutes, allowing people to sleep some more. Then the lights came on again for landing. It seems like if they had served breakfast later, the lights on-lights off-lights on shenanigans could have been avoided, and people could have slept longer (and staff could have rested longer too).

to be bussed around the airport, then have to sit on the plane for an hour whilst the plane was deiced not once, but twice, then to have to wait for a tug driver is unacceptable. The Captain was very good at communicating.

Terrible. This airline will cancel flights at very short notice.

Overall good experience, just the delay of 2.5 hrs was a bummer.
