Cons: The fact that we had to pay for something as basic as tea and coffee!!! Very disappointed in BA, their standards have dropped, not sure if I will continue to fly with them in the future.

Pros: It was a short flight, so didn't need much.

Cons: Charged for food, even water. Boarding pass had one gate, but flight actually boarded from a different gate. No one there to tell us, no announcement. Good thing I checked board. No entertainment system.

Pros: Nice plane, and quick flight to Heathrow from Glasgow. The plane had to leave late due to weather but the pilot kept passengers informed and made up time in the air so we were only 15 minutes late. The crew was available to discuss implications for connections.

Cons: No entertainment options but this was a small plane and quick flight, so I didn't expect anything.

Pros: I was very well looked after by crew.

Pros: Everything is clockwise precision. All the passengers were well disciplined or rather made to be. Aircraft was very airworthy. The pilot was very experienced and nice soft landing at Mumbai in spite of inclement weather conditions

Cons: My mother needed assistance with the disable wheelchair and was given one but the staff that was meant to wheel her into the flight abandoned her and she almost missed her flight.

Cons: My main gripe is that if you want a plain cup of coffee or a bottle of water, you are charged for it and can pay only with a credit card, but only if that card is chip and pin, and my US card isn't. Yes, it is high time that the US move into the current millennium and get chip and pin cards, but that is beside the point. I also flew BA from London to Seattle (part of same trip) and the on-board meal & drink service was PHENOMENAL - the best I have had on an airline in years, and I did not get charged for anything, including alcoholic beverages. How can this be the same airline?

Cons: This is the second time your plans have been late! You were late leaving from Venice to London Heathrow on August 1 which I barely made the flight to Glasgow and then coming back your flight is late leaving Edinburgh to Heathrow And my luggage doesn't make it again! You don't even serve water on the airplane which is ridiculous! Your flight crew were nice but you really need to be on time or not schedule flights with such short layover times!

Cons: Flight was delayed more than an hour due to mishandling of baggage - was at runway for takeoff and was called back to the gate because a bag was loaded that should not have been.

Cons: I felt stressed due to an ill passenger holding up the plane. Plane returned to gate from runway. High potential of missing connecting flight. Landed on tarmac at Heathrow. Waited for bus. Took to faraway terminal. No info monitors so stood in long queue to find out in wrong terminal.

Pros: This is the shortest flight that BA operates, but even with just 30 minutes in the air, the crew managed to serve everyone a drink, a snack and a smile.

Cons: A lot of customers insist on carrying 2 or 3 pieces of hand baggage each on board, and on this small Airbus A319, there just isn't room in the bins for all this. And it makes an on-time operation almost impossible.

Cons: Air conditioning did not work in my section of the cabin The entertainment center felt like a 1960s generation VCR, esp the navigation and video quality. The selection was terrible. Food was terrible and unhealthy. Toilet seemed to have an air leak, extremely noisy air being sucked down sink. Aircraft appeared old and obsolete.

Cons: We were placed at an international gate, had to wait for stairs (for the rear of the plane) and then a bus to the terminal. We arrived early but by the time we had waited for steps, bus etc, we were late!

Pros: Boarding seemed simple, no zones were called except for priority, we just all boarded and it seemed to go quickly and smoothly. BA is all pay onboard for any food or drinks.

Cons: The queuing process was not efficient, the packing of people on a shuttle bus was dangerous with the number of people squashed onto the bus and then we had to wait on the bus for quite a while for the determination to be made that the flight was ready. Once on the flight, the hanging flap that separates the first class from economy, was loosely hanging and rattled fiercely and on lift-off swung back toward our faces. We had to pay 4 pounds for a coke and weird coffee. Then we had to circle London while we waited to land because of the IT mess in London.

Cons: Went through vayama, for this booking. Arrived for a 1:45 pm flight, which I had paperwork for. Jay Informed me, that a flight change to an am flight was emailed to me in December! No follow up email....say a week before?! Like all the other booking sites I use. Spent another night, in Ediinburgh, plus much money for new tickets. Two airport layovers. Cons: Uncomfortable seats. Not only no space to get comfortable but the seats themselves are not comfortable. We had better constructed seats on the hopper from Edinburgh to London. It is unconscionable that long flights are so uncomfortable!

Cons: There was a massive delay and I stood in line 6 hours to rebook. Because of the long rebooking line, I missed multiple other potential alternative flights that day and had to spend an unscheduled night in the suburbs of Glasgow. Had rebooking been more efficient, I could have returned home the day scheduled. Very disappointed.

Cons: All baggage lost. Wasn't put on the plane because they didn't have enough containers. Ground crew at London was courteous. Luggage had to be sent on to the US the next day. No free bags on this flight so all of the luggage lost had been paid for piece by piece. No free drink service; even a soda had to be paid for. No food, of course. Originating 10hr flight from Los Angeles to London was also uncomfortable, with small, packed coach seats, no air nozzles and poor headset connectors. I was very happy to get back on American Airlines for my return to Los Angeles. Wouldn't use BA again.
