£147 Find cheap flights from London Heathrow Airport to Frankfurt-Hahn

Twenty-four hours before our flight we wanted to check in online, but was unable to do this, so we walked over to the airport. We were still unable to do it, but it ended up not being a problem doing it that day. One of the women in our group wanted to check two bags, but was unable to do it, but they then let her take the smaller bag with her into the cabin and didn't charge her for that extra bag.

This airline is the cheapest airline I ever seen I had to pay for my seat and it wasn't even same isle with my husband They charge for everything very rude crew All they think is to sell Who care about customer service just sell you tea coffee water etc.

Everything could be better. The plain was in Orlando for 3 hours prior to boarding. After boarding all the passengers they found out that plane has a mechanical problem. After an hour the problem was solved, the pilot comes on and states, (We have to go back to the gate and take on more fuel!) Are you kidding me???? Who they have for pilots, Boy scouts?? I barely made my connecting flight to Vienna, but my suitcase did not. I'm still waiting for it, in Gyor, Hungary. Am I having fun yet?? Other passenger were in the same binned. I travelled all over the world both for business and pleasure with all types of airlines. By far of all the carriers I travelled with, Discover is the worst. I'm contemplating to bight the bullet and go back to the US with a different carrier. For International flights, the seats are made for little people. The person in front of me had his seat reclined the whole way, I felt like he was sitting in my lap. For closing, I would not let my dog travel with Discover, yet alone recommend it to an other person. Does it sound like I'm frustrated, Think about having to travel back to the US with them. I'm sure I'll not hear back from you, because nobody wants to hear about bad news, but with all the hype Discover puts out there about their services, nothing could be further from the truth. Only problem we experienced was not anything to do with Lufthansa. When changing planes in Frankfurt we spent over an hour on passport control line. Lufthansa did a marvelous job on everything from keeping me informed via texts, to terrific cabin crew.

Bordón could be bettet if the company say before boarding the order of the different groups.

There is no recline on flight from DFW to FRA. Middle eastern airways provide better recline option for the same class. FRA to Bangalore has better recline option. I bid 100$ for premium economy, my request was declined. But staff handled it without issues.

Nothing can I say I liked. Food was horrible. Entertainment system didn't work. Crew's attitude was bad. They all were Chinese and wanted to speak Chinese. Baggage missed my connection at Frankfurt even though it was more than 60 minutes for my connection. It came in the next flight of 3 hours later at 16.15 Portugal time but they said they will deliver to me next day. I requested them that I had to go to a dinner meeting so needed clothes and there were medical documents in the bag which I needed for my Doctors appointment on the next day morning. But all no use. Then I had to take taxi, go to airport at 9PM and collect my bags myself and brought bags to my hotel. Will avoid Lufthansa at any cost and same I will suggest to everybodyelse.

German crew were very kind. Food was okay but can be better, especially bread was not good, Garbage collection was very poor.

Not good, the plane was warm , they were selling everything even water

The flight crew was outstanding. Small children running around and constantly crying was extremely annoying.

flight delayed, no information given until late on, Ryanair app said "on time" until 5 minutes before expected departure time, crew rushed us to board, when it was already 3 hours late

I got denied boarding bevause they said they "ran out of seats on a plane"

Speakers were blaring. It's like being in a Moroccan market and you keep getting shouted at with what's for sale

Due to long security check and no last call announcements from Gate staff, my family and 12 other passengers missed the flight.

What can you say Ryanair get you there,no frills Not so cheap anymore ..... but what is now days! Would use again as always. Good flight times for us.

Very unpleasant staff, disgusting service, ignoring requests, refusal to help

Flights were on time. The crew was efficient and friendly.

Late again rude staff at gate bullying passengers made us stand in the cold 3degrees for 40 mins before they let us board

The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good.

Poor technical details on this plane. 1) There was no WiFi on an 8 hour long-haul flight. So no work could be done. That's below the standard expected for airlines these days. 2) The power outlet at my seat was busted and not working. 3) The headphone jack was loose and I had to keep adjusting my headphones to get good reception, or when it slipped out. - The flight was delayed to due mechanics. Sometimes this can't be avoided, I understand, and it's a big inconvenience to arrive that much later when traveling across time zones (then arriving at 4am from the prior time zone). - Also unique to this flight, the northern lights were visible on the right side of the aircraft, but I only found out after we landed (b/c again no wifi). I understand there are considerations about people being out of their seats to look, but I feel extremely disappointed and resentful that I wasn't told so that I could have a chance to look at this probably once-in-a-lifetime cosmic event from a view in the sky. - Flight crew was otherwise friendly and helpful.

Our flight was delayed by over 6 hours. We then had to deplane, stay overnight in a hotel then fly out the next day, 23 hours late.

I would have preferred something lighter for the second meal. Maybe a small sandwich .

They cancelled our flight the morning of departure at 4:30am.

We were told to check our bags at the last minute, and the communication was poor.

Lost our luggage in Heathrow. Showed up 3 days into a 7 day vacation. Very inconvenient and disappointing!!

My luggage never arrived to Zurich. They can't confirm when it will arrive

Late again. 3 out of 4 late. One cancelled flight and one lost bag.

Charged an extra 65 pounds for overweight suitcase, Not told how much overweight but had no choice but to pay the price. Compare to Delta Airlines where I flew internationally a few days before with this suitcase and no extra charge by Delta. Comfort was horrible. I am just under 6 feet tall, and good that the flight was only 1 1/2 hours, because my knees were in the seat back in front of me the whole flight. I felt that my knees were part way up to my chest. No reason to have the seats that close. I will say to the positive was the flight crew, very friendly and efficient.

The flight was delayed as they were waiting on catering. Catering. Was eventually delivered but they still had no food. No meals for us in business class - just a bag of nuts.
