First flight one hour late, return on time. On both flights everybody were just great Seats comfortable. No complaints, just , 2 good flights. Like flying Alaska Airlines.

Plane narrows toward back of flight. Seats small. No snack options. I cookie pack going. 1 pretzel pack on return. No in flight entertainment for long flight.

First time flying on Alaska Airlines. Very good experience. Boarded, landed on time, baggage claim was quick just as they guarantee. When returning home, the nicest person at the check in counter helped with our checked luggage tickets and our wine cases, which were free to check (one per passenger) when you joined their rewards program. Will definitely use this airline again!

We were really impressed with the customer service throughout Alaska Airlines. Every crew member we engaged with were very welcoming and eager to help. I find airline travel to be extremely stressful, but my experience with Alaska Airlines was the complete opposite. We will definitely be booking future flights with Alaska Airlines.

I paid a substantial additional fee to upgrade to Premium Class because I wanted a more comfortable, peaceful flight. Instead, Alaska seated a couple traveling with a 14-month-old lap child directly beside me. The child was loud throughout the flight—screaming, throwing objects, and tossing food around the row. What I paid extra to make relaxing and enjoyable became stressful, cramped, and absolutely miserable. There was nothing “premium” about the experience beyond a few additional inches of legroom. I understand that families and young children need to travel. However, Alaska sells Premium Class as an upgraded experience and charges passengers accordingly. If the airline is going to collect a significant premium for added comfort, it should give customers some meaningful way to protect that investment—whether through better seating options, advance notice, the ability to relocate when seats are available, or a refund when the experience is completely undermined. I would not pay for this upgrade again. It was a waste of money, and I intend to contact Alaska directly to request a refund of the Premium Class upgrade fee.

The seats felt an inch narrower and two inches closer than any seats I’ve ever sat in on a flight. It was just cramped and packed in. Otherwise it was fine. Just as expected from modern US air travel.

I cancelled this flight over a week ago, due to being in the hospital! Yet when I finally recovered and got out of the hospital I saw no one ever cancelled it and I was fully charged???

Liked direct flight options. Boarding is easy. Assigned seats, plenty of overhead bin space. Smooth flights, crew was helpful and friendly.

I am truely disappointed in the delays. I have been flying Alaska Airlines for years and years and have always had the most amazing experiences. Not what has happened with being on time. Flying from SAN to PDX delayed. Then .PRX to SAN delayed,

The leg from Portland to Heathrow was great for a business class ticket. The BA leg from Heathrow to Lisbon was terrible. Basically coach seating with an empty seat between you and next passenger. Absolutely no leg room. Should not have been charged for business class and it was a 3 hour flight.

The flat beds. Other than that, the place was not clean.

Good crew and boarding process. Horrible food and one of the most uncomfortable aircraft seats I have ever sat in. The cabin temperature was warm which made it hard for my family to sleep.

The food was ok, but not great. They delayed boarding in Portland and did not enforce group boarding. But the crew was excellent, went above and beyond.

Flight delayed and we were forced to check our carryon bags which was huge inconvenience.

First leg delay, rescheduled second leg without our approval, cancelled rescheduled second leg, rescheduled cancelled leg to three days later...

We were seated in the rear of the plane. Buses arrived to take us to the terminal but there weren’t enough so we waited an hour to leave the plane.

Every flight was late in arrival, last was late in departure and late in arrival, then lost our luggage!

They canceled the flight and would not rebook us within several days

Better food and more space in the seats. Also when doing the web check in both times I was going in to your site the minute you open it and there is not really many seats to choose only to buy!!!
