Great flight- smooth, nice crew, nice clean aircraft, departed a little late but arrived 10 early.
It was listed on my ticket as Finnair but there was no indication that the flight was Finnair. In fact the number was even different. There were no employees there until exactly 2 hours before so we had to wait in line at Iberia and hope

The flight was Finnair but there was no indications anywhere that the checkin was for Finnair also. There was no one to ask. I think at a minimum they should list the code shares so people don’t stand in the wrong line for an hour.
I booked the flight with Finnair, which made the arrangements for downloading a boarding pass unnecessarily complicated. I wouldn't do that again. Instead I'd book direct with AA.
Flight ok, but me and other two passengers didn’t have connection with the entertainment in our seats. So, no movies, no games, no music… for 9 hours. The crew just told us that there’s nothing they can do but I noticed during the flight that there were empty seats, so they could have offered to us to change seats. Customer service could be better.
Had a nice flight to London on BA will fly with them again in the future
Finnair cancelled my flight 12 hours prior to leaving for Helsinki. They stated there were mechanical problems. I had to scurry around to find a new flight that would meet my needs for arrival in Helsinki. Luckily I was able to find alternate transportation through Lufthansa/United.
I’m very disappointed, to fly into an airplane for 10 straight hours, and not having a TV even though when I put the ticket I was told that I will have entertainment for the TV. Very disappointed.
Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.
Happy attentive flight crew. All in all good flight the night flight works well. Getting into Mexico City early so you don't get caught up it all the immigration and custom ques, additionally, this helps when exiting the airport and crossing the city to your final destination. All works very well and would do it again

The crew was nice but the people going to Orange County are so entitled. Everyone thinks everything is suppose for be perfect for them. Tough crowd.
Textbook great flight. On-time departure and arrival, clean plane, good food, friendly flight attendants. Checked baggage delivered promptly.

My flight was 3 hours late, which caused me to miss my connection in Denver. Further, this connecting flight was then Later canceled. This required me to stay another night an hour and a half away, and rent the rental car for an additional Night. I am still waiting for United Airlines to reimburse me for the inconvenience and Expense of having to extend my rental Car for An additional Day. Because there were games on the TV on the back of my chair, the person behind kept hitting the screen for hours and there was nothing I could do about it
I was seated to an oversized overweight person that spread over to my seat. His shoulder overlapped my seat very uncomfortable.
Late start, late arrival and very uncomfortable seating. If they schedule a takeoff at a specific time, how can they not know the traffic at the airport will be heavy and delay flights at that time? I paid for legroom but when seated next to an oversized person, I had no elbow room. Also, who wants to rub hips with a large stranger for over 2 hours? I ended up leaning toward the aisle the entire flight and being bumped every time someone passed by. Paying for legroom should include side-to-side space, too. This happened on both domestic flights I had within the past 2 weeks.
The flight and staff was very good However: we could not check in using the website. We got the reminders and updated information but could not check in on either flight. And we did have the United App. Also just a tip for fellow travelers - going through customs in Chicago Ohare Airport it terrible.
Fast check in, easy to navigate, crew were very good, the plane was delayed due to a previous flight and I found the cleanliness a little lacking but overall it was fine
I would not fly with BA again. Packed in like sardines, constant request to turn down air conditioning due to freezing cold for hours and the food was pretty to look at but tasteless!
My wife and I paid for seat selection to be together. My wife and I were on separate rows and the excuse they gave was they changed the plane. Also, I have celiac and asked for a gluten free meal in the ticket profile which they did not have.
Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

I called prior to flying to confirm our baggage allowance which was 5 bags. On our outbound flight thee were no problems. On the return flight we were charged for each bag totaling $400! We are working with customer service to resolve the issue.
Why no entertainment? Also water should be free, it is basic human right.
Late boarding. Delayed departure leading to rushed connection at Madrid Barajas. Not necessarily Iberia's fault but delay loading cargo didn't help.

I was at the airport on time , I checked in my luggage . The plane was delayed and the gate was change. The flight board did not give information . I did not get chance to fly. I am going to make a claim for it

Never flown with LH before so all in all wasba good experience. Also good to know that approx 24hrs prior the flight opens up for being able to organise the seating free.

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...
Good experience. Food was great and passengers helped rearrange seats so our family could be seated together
Super uncomfortable. Shoved in like sardines. Overhead bins were tight. Why was coffee charged for? I was insulted. How about an inflight magazine? Why can’t I charge my phone? Maybe the planes are old? They didn’t feel new. Television would have been nice. Bathrooms also very small for anyone not a size 6 or female.

No eye patches , socks given out for overnight flight! The snack on the short haul was a cube of chocolate! The seat was uncomfortable for a long haul - not enough cushioning!
