Bad check in experience. Dirty ancient aircraft. Truly awful food and this in Business/ First class.
Very friendly and helpful staff on board and United was excellent when I missed my onward flight due to the delay in London. Very well organised meant much less stress

United has come a long way, it’s been a fantastic experience traveling with them.
The flight attendants were very rude, beyond comprehension. I took a business class from London to SFO for the first time on United. When I asked for a second piece of bread during dinner, the serving attendant threw a 3rd bread on my plate and said, “here. You can have this one too”! I couldn’t believe the rudeness of the attendant. Most all attendants were very rude, unhelpful, sing the food was absolutely disgusting. Never fly United internationally in business class. My flight back to SFO was a nightmare!!
For both flights I requested a gluten free meal, they didn’t have one nor were there other options.
Our experience on United Airlines was extremely poor. The plane was extremely cold throughout our entire flight- which multiple people complained about- and we had to wait 2 hours to get a blanket which was too thin and barely helped warm us up. As well as this, none of the entertainment features were working so we had to sit through a roughly 10 hour flight with nothing to keep our attention, including the actual flight path screen. It was an extremely disappointing experience and I would hope that this gets fixed if we ever choose United Airlines again.
Cabin crew was very friendly, requests were satisfied promptly and cheerfully, and the cabin was reasonably clean when I boarded. The United lounges at Newark and Heathrow are always well-run and comfortable, especially Newark. I look forward to the new lounge that will be part of the rebuild of Terminal 2 at Heathrow.
The senior flight attendants were amazing. Totally different vibe from other carriers. Easy 10 hour flight in Business Class. Great food. Good humor as well.

Horrible! We departed out of terminal 5, not only was the sign for flights and gate information were so badly organized that it took 2 minutes for all of the flight info load for the correct airline. One would think BA would have new and well managed jet ways, but no you had to take a bus to the plane. It took for every and detailed departure by 40 mins. I’ve had better class of service from Indian Airlines. BA needs to work on upscaling to meet the Industry norms. I can see regional airlines using this loading method but not on an international flight.
Plane features were VERY old and outdated. footrest cushion was completely lose, plane felt dirty and a bit grimy. i was in business class. the lead flight attendant, Mary made a few announcements that didn't seem to put the cabin at ease (it didn't necessarily bother me, but could have bothered others). she said "the seat cushions aren't FDA approved, so you have to put them on after we take flight." everyone had already applied the seat cushions, and saying something isn't approved for flight may cause alarm. she also said at one point over the announcement ... "we can't get up because we are too afraid of the jet stream impacts" -- again, not helpful to those who are nervous fliers.
Carryon bag was judged to be too large even though it fit on first leg of flight and would fit on the airbus A320. Crew forced luggage to be checked. Electric battery powered razor was taken out of one luggage presumably by staff and never returned. Other luggage also had battery electric razor and battery electric toothbrush but was left alone. Now I have to buy another electric razor adding to the cost of this flight.
Extremely comfortable airplane, everything looked brand new, how lovely! My seat in Premium Economy was ever so comfortable, I did not suffer the usual backache I suffer when doing the transatlantic flight. It felt like seating in a reclining armchair. I loved the foot rest, did not need to use the portable device I usually carry along with me to replace one. I loved the spaciousness in front of me, and that there were only two seats (Instead of 3 in coach) in the window row, wow what a difference in comfort. Coach seats are always just a little narrow for my hips. The support of the cushions was great, firm and offered good support . It was easy to come out of my aisle seat, although I'm 70. The staff was courteous, both meals were delicious, very carefully prepared, and creative (fruit + cheese for the second meal, instead of the usual bread sandwich)
The plane was up-to-date, and the free wi-fi was very much appreciated! All of the ports functioned well, and the entertainment choices made the flight much more enjoyable. One of the flight attendants was unfriendly, but the flight was enjoyable overall.

My entertainment unit kept locking up and had to be restarted multiple times. Also those commercials for Budapest and Ralph Laureen. Come on those were stuff only those who can afford the outrageous fees of first and business class would be interested in.. And the fact you have no military discount is not good either,
Dear Air Europa Baggage Claims Department, I am writing regarding my baggage claim, reference number JFKUX13455. My baggage was delayed and was delivered to me later than expected. When I received my suitcase, I discovered that the suitcase itself had been significantly damaged. Unfortunately, when I opened my suitcase, I also discovered that many of my personal belongings were missing from inside the suitcase. Several items that I had packed before my journey were no longer there. In addition, three cartons of cigarettes that were packed inside my suitcase were also missing. The missing personal belongings include the following items: - Prada sunglasses — $450 - Ray-Ban sunglasses — $300 - Dolce & Gabbana perfume — $185 - Three newly purchased clothing items from Turkey — $200 - Two pairs of slippers — $280 - Coach handbag — $395 - Newly purchased suitcase — $75 Total value of the listed items: $1,885 The suitcase itself was newly purchased, and I have the original receipt showing the purchase price of $75. I also have purchase records and credit card transaction records for several of the missing items. The three cartons of cigarettes were also packed inside the suitcase and were missing when I received my baggage. I have photographs of the damaged suitcase and supporting documentation regarding my purchases. At the moment, I am unable to upload all of the photographs and documents, but I can provide them as soon as I am able to do so. I respectfully request that Air Europa consider the delay of my baggage, the damage to my suitcase, and the missing personal belongings and other items from inside my suitcase as part of my claim. Please let me know if you require any additional information or documentation from me. I am prepared to provide receipts, purchase records, photographs, and any other supporting evidence necessary to process my claim. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I flew in business a couple of months ago, it was great, tried again in economy, it is the cramped seat I have ever been into, for an overseas flight across the atlantic it is inhumane to put passengers in such cramped space. Other than that, everything ok. Took a second flight from Madrid to London, also economy and it was roomy and perfect.
Great staff, just very far from the main terminal, had to run to connect my flight. I had 90 minutes to spare. But my flight from Chicago was delayed also.
Boarding was a shitshow. Had to bus to the gate. No separate bus and boarding process for Business Class.
Need to pay for a cup of water. No food. Need to pay for headsets.
Everything should improve! Service like a low cost but prices like a premium airline. Crew in general with bad manners arguing for everything. You pay for priority access but then they use buses, so your loose your advantage to put your carry on first. That was the purpose for paying for priority. Bording is a nightmare, people accessing the plane for bothering doors, front and rear, no matter which line do you have.

Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.

I was in flights from sap paulo <-> Madrid, the last one 11/15/21, That takes around 10:30 hour. Can you imagine that is served only a POOR meal after one hour of flight and nothing more??? We don’t have any service (besides in the morning a payed kart) or crew working in anything more than masks control. You need to pay for water / coffee is reasonable ? Even if you consider as low cost flights that you payed around U$ 700, courtesy and education should be showed by crew, things that Air Europe should learn to their employees on the airplane, a very rude people!!! It was not with me, but a complain for a lot people around. I have never been treated Like this before. Air Europa your journey will be short walking in this road. I, a constant traveler, will never more flight with you. I don’t need this kind of services!
The seats were the worst I have ever flown Too narrow, did not recline and the actual seat was hard as a rock. I will tell all travelers to stay away from Avianca flights.

Usb plugs for charging your phone does not work in every flight. uncomfortable chairs even in higher categories.
The check in is the only positive thing in Avianca. The seat is the most uncomfortable I have traveled, the distance is minimal.

Worst in 25 years. A 10 hours flight from Buenos Aires to Costa Rica and no free food! Then the food available for purchase was sold out in 5 minutes. I was travelling with two kids and wasn't ready to keep them happy with chips and cookies for such a long time. Avianca doesn't make sure that minors sit next to an adult so I was forced to pay 65 USD for each seat in a so called premium seat whic is exactly the same as the economy free seats. Never again with Avianca.
There is no food. There is no in-inflight entertainment. The seats are cardboard. The airline is a living hellscape.
I paid extra for seats up front, I expected unless the beverages wold be included,
