Extremely low quality food. Ordered muslim meals but got vegetarian meals instead. Muslims are not vegetarian, they love meat as much as any other non-vegetarian person, so make a decent effort to get halal meals. Regardless, the vegan sandwich was absolutely tasteless. I am pretty sure the company making that sandwich does not even do a taste test itself

Arriving at Heathrow was a complete disaster because air bridge broke down and it took ages to find spare stairs! Something that I'd kick Heathrow in the shins for, not Finnair - who were great.

Not great. Flight attendants were aloof, food was mediocre, seats that I paid $150 were given to someone else without any concession. I will probably never use kayak again. Terrible experience from start to finish.

The wine was low quality Finnair label stuff in small bottles and only one small bottle each. Embarassinng. A competing airline served me two generous glasses of a nice South African Shiraz from regular wine bottles, a Beck's beer, and a generous Dewar's White Label on the rocks. Cabin service was good and polite, plane interior was beautiful, but cramped.

All good- I love BA and the professionalism of the crew and pilots.

Great flight- smooth, nice crew, nice clean aircraft, departed a little late but arrived 10 early.

It was listed on my ticket as Finnair but there was no indication that the flight was Finnair. In fact the number was even different. There were no employees there until exactly 2 hours before so we had to wait in line at Iberia and hope

The flight was Finnair but there was no indications anywhere that the checkin was for Finnair also. There was no one to ask. I think at a minimum they should list the code shares so people don’t stand in the wrong line for an hour.

I booked the flight with Finnair, which made the arrangements for downloading a boarding pass unnecessarily complicated. I wouldn't do that again. Instead I'd book direct with AA.

Your food is AWEFUL! For Premium Economy this was the WORST FOOD EVER - salad and tomatoes were all spoiled, "chicken" was awful and burnt. This is the WORST FOOD of ANY AIRLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! horrible

My flight was canceled and we had to beg for united to find us another way home - we were rerouted to Toronto but they never booked us on the final leg back to DC. We had to stay overnight in Toronto, we're now waiting for our flight home and just found out we're on standby and not guaranteed a seat. So yeah, not a great experience with united

They crew was very lovely, took off on time, arrived according to schedule. Was able to make my connection.

Standard flight experience, but there is only power at the seat to row 20 on the aircraft, on my initial check in it did not say that was the case

Check in etc was very good. As for on the plane, it was like flying in a freezer. It was so cold, i have flown for years and never been so cold on a plane. Staff on board said its always cold when flying which is a load of rubbish. They wouldnt put any heating on and now i have the flu because of this .

The food that was offered based on class level of your ticket was absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. They didn't even hot tea to serve, the food was horrible. On our departure flight I was seated in premium plus economy and considering the cost of the flight the food was literally some of the worst I've ever eaten. On the return flight I sat in economy with extra leg room and was given a thin little throw "blanket" and a flimsy little pillow. The air condition was on artic and the seating arrangement wasn't really worth the money. The seat didn't recline good enough and the foot rest was laughable. Total waste.

Generally good but there wasn’t any staff available when my luggage didn’t appear at baggage claim in Fresno. It took about half an hour to locate a staff member to open up the room where it was being kept.

Boarding was unorganized. They expected passengers to ask people to move their assigned seat they paid for in order to sit together. The seats even in comfort are smaller than other airlines and the flight attendants appeared not to be well prepared

The crew was nice but the people going to Orange County are so entitled. Everyone thinks everything is suppose for be perfect for them. Tough crowd.

Textbook great flight. On-time departure and arrival, clean plane, good food, friendly flight attendants. Checked baggage delivered promptly.

Pilot kept the seatbelt light off for almost the entire flight, so bathroom visits were well spread out. Yes, it was a very smooth ride, but I have been on transatlantic flights where the seatbelt light was almost perpetually on, even though no turbulence. Pickup of meal trays and trash was exceptionally fast and frequent.

The crew on the aeroplane were absolutely fantastic, very kind, very caring and very supportive. The food was good and the inflight entertainment was really good. When I went to collect my bag from the carousel, I was waiting a long time with the other passengers. Other than that, I am highly satisfied with everything else.

It’s good for travelling but the connection flying it’s to bad!! Because The Times connection it’s too short. You have a checking point, before control after checking for departure again 1 hours 30 minutes for all and you need your connection for anything.

Absolutely the worst experience. We were 5 hours delayed due to mechanical issues and a crew timing out. We were not offered any concession. When I asked for a meal voucher, they gave me $12. You can get a bottle of water for that at the airport. Offensive.

Good with British Airways - terrible with American Airlines! Stood at gate for “mechanical problem” - plane delayed. Had to check my personal belonging with 5 empty bins available in plane, desk staff rude!!! Toilet not working- asked “to use working toilet sparingly - it may overflow in cabin!”

The flight was sequentially delayed until it reached two hours. Apparently one pilot failed to show up.

As no headphones/ ear pieces in back of seat for entertainment system, would have been to been offered rather than asking & waiting a long time. I know we are in economy but cost of ticket was high.

Flight got delayed due to a technical issue, but they were quick to find an alternative airplane.

All four American Airlines flights I took in last seven days were delayed. Caused me loads of problems, missed meetings, loss of time and money.

Seriously, not displaying departure gate until very last minute is awful. Specially when you have to take an elevator and then transport to go to the sub-terminal. That’s awful in such a busy airport as Heathrow. And I cannot choose seat on this flight because it’s run by British Airways, even entering locator code.

I would have liked it better if Iberia had not lost my and my companion's luggage.

This flight was rebooked from a missed connection 3 days before due to connecting flight cancelation. We had upgraded on our original flight but were assigned coach seats on this flight. BA could do nothing to upgrade us due to this flight being "overbooked" and "busy". We should have been rebooked in upgraded seats. Now we have to apply for a refund.

Today, this flight was great. It was on time and comfortable unlike the one on Friday July 12th that was canceled after a very long delay at the airport. Our flight to Newcastle 2 weeks previous was also canceled and the one that flew us to Newcastle, the next day, left Heathrow after it should have arrived in Newcastle. We heard of othe cancelations on this route. BA needs to fix/address this unreliable route.

Good seats. Average to poor lunch. The snacks before landing was worse. Great crew.

First flight was 5.5 hours delayed, the notification came within 2 hours of the flight (bags already checked in). connection missed- no one working on getting us on an alternate flight, knowing where our luggage will be. It was chaos figuring out how to get to our final destination. Customer service throwing us into nowhere on the phone- all while we have 2 small kids on us. It will take the whole vacation to recover from this experience. I am scared how the return flight will go in August. Check-in staff (not sure if they are airport hires or iberia hires- beyond rude, especially in Madrid.) On-plane staff, food and entertainment were good.

They cancelled our NON_STOP flight from London to Chicago 22 hours before our flight. After a 2 hour phone call, they rescheduled us from London to Barcelona (Wrong way to USA) 2 hour lay over, and then to Chicago for a 9 1/2 hour flight at 6 am. Ruined 2 days of our vacation. We will not fly British Airways again.

Plane arrived late to gate, staff at Philadelphia had no sense of urgency to get people on the plane. Boarding took 15 min longer than it should have because despite 4 staff working at the gate, only one was scanning tickets while the others sat talking to each other.

No WIFI for the flight When told the breakfast item was cheese and tomato, did not mention sun dried tomotoes - totally different flavor and not what I wanted. Flyer for items for sale but none were offered.

Iberia was the worst airline we have ever flown. First, Iberia changed the seats I paid $98 extra for. In doing that they moved only my seat 30 rows away from my wife. I had to call to get another pair of seats together and were placed in row 52. Then, when we checked in our seats were changed again to row 29. The food was almost inedible and the videos available on the flight were few and not very good. I paid extra for my seats and have not received a refund. The American Airlines flight was excellent and the food and videos were good.

I forgot to check-in the day in advance that is required for British Airlines so I was very scared that I would not be able to make my flight. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this did not prove to be an issues as the person checking me in at the desk was the sweetest person ever. She helped me get to my flight on time and the crew on the flight were the nicest people I have ever met. Great customer service.

No internet, very narrow seats insufficient room for three passengers with encroachment.

Everything and everyone Was great it’s just the person next to me weight over 300 pounds and was hanging over his seat and pushed up next to me was the worst 10 hour flight of my life the crew and everything else was a 10 out of 10

Other than problems with checking in and uploading passport info everything was great. It would be nice to be able to manually input passport info. Often while traveling the bandwidth has problems uploading pictures

Give at least coffee or juice as it is an international flight.

Tiny, cramped seats with minimum leg room and hard armrests. Basic needs like a seat and luggage came with an additional charge. Budget airline amenities with premium airlune cost. I won't use this airline again.

Boarding process non existent. No WiFi. No entertainment. Cramped old plane. Worst Kosher meal ever presented on a flight.

Boarding was a zoo. London ground crew was useless. Poor communication regarding where to line up. We were group 2, and everyone was jammed in together. Ground crew didn’t seem to care.

Horrible flight attendant in back of economy that screamed at me, have already reported to United. Horrible food - for Gluten free, why would you assume the person is vegetarian? I was served some kind of horrible curry bean paste and multiple cold rolls and soggy vegetables with no seasoning... um no!

I was at the airport on time , I checked in my luggage . The plane was delayed and the gate was change. The flight board did not give information . I did not get chance to fly. I am going to make a claim for it
